수영장 뷰, 4층바 뷰 좋고 저녁 레스토랑 맛있었습니다. 직원들 친절하고 무게 재는 추도 있어서 짐싸기 편했습니다. 스파 추천합니다. 마사지 좋아요. 점심 레스토랑은 가격 대비 별로입니다. 체크인시 1시간 30분을 기다렸는데, 3시가 되어서 원래 말한 방과 다른 방을 주면서 원래 방은 30분 더 기다려야 한다고 해서 별로였습니다. 마지막날은 정전도 잠깐 됐습니다. 하우스키핑은... 수건을 매일 모자라게 줘서 매번 요청해야 했습니다. 하루는 물 제공도 빠트리고, 가운은 한번도 제대로 챙겨준 날이 없었습니다.

La habitación era limpia, pero desde mi punto de vista hubo cosas que no sé tu irme en cuenta el inodoro pegado a la pared, la ducha, terriblemente resbalosa y salía al agua hacia el parquet

5 star resort in the park. Great falls views from multiple areas (lobby, roof top bar, pool, and breakfast). Recent updates across the entire property. Excellent breakfast selection, you can spend all day in the park without needing to stop for lunch. Extremely professional and accommodating staff, many with excellent language skills. I was surprised multiple hostesses could pronounce my last name.

Luxury hotel inside the park. We stayed 1 night it was so convenient to visit 2 viewpoints. They also have the best breakfast buffet.

There is no better place to stay when visiting Iguazu Falls. You just walk out of the property and you are there! When you walk in the hotel your view is the falls. It is worth the higher price of the rooms with the view of the falls. The service was impeccable. The food excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We, 4 friends had great time at Gran Melia hotel. The service was great and staff was very friendly. Ordered a half board package, which including dinner and breakfast. The food quality and service were great.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! Staff was great! Juan at breakfast and lunch was very good, took great care of us. Lunch and dinner were delicious, pricey but expected at such a nice place. Transportation booked through hotel to and from airport was definitely worth it, easy process getting out of airport quickly. Drivers were very nice! Hotel reminded you many times to get ticket to park in advance which was helpful. The trails to upper, lower, and Devils throat were super close to the hotel. We were fortunate enough to get into our room a little early and have a late checkout, thankfully because we went to the gran adventure the morning of our checkout and got soaked. Pool had an incredible view. Would highly recommend!

The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every floor is fragranced, the view is unparalleled, and the staff were so helpful. We booked a 9 pm flight back to Buenos Aires, and we were able to continue to use all the amenities, including pool, spa, and restaurants, until we left. The park access was amazing. Staying in town would have been a 30-minute drive each way, and Gran Melia is right near the airport and a short walk to all the waterfall paths. We also upgraded to a waterfall view room and it was 1000% worth it. The hardest part is leaving!

The view was incredible and the pool was the nicest I’ve ever been in. Having walkable access to the park was so convenient. Truly an amazing property with very attentive staff.
