Parking lot is safe. Front desk staff is excellent as always! Especially a Young man on Monday, October 13. He was so helpful when a local restaurant delivery service, did not bring our drinks and plasticware so we can eat. The young man gave us some plastic wear and was very helpful and professional. The hotel was nice, breakfast options good and our room was actually two rooms. One room with two beds and one room with one bed. We had four people sharing this room so this option was great.

The area is highest crime in the city. We did not know this so shame on us for not researching. The parking lot seemed safe. We were there for 4 nights without new towels or change of bedding. That was too long. The breakfast was very good.

It was a safe, quiet place to stay. The amenities were beautiful and everything was really clean. We will be back!

Staff is very nice and polite... property looks clean but could use some updating. My room had a weird urine smell that went away once AC was turned on... Carpet looked clean but, you never really know. Breakfast was ok, at least for me coffee needs to be stonger, lol...

Was shocked to find out there no coffee in the room. Apparently the staff said something about Best Western is removing coffee makers in the room or something.

I wish there had been a coffee pot in the room. Coffee was only available down stairs during breakfast hours. I went to Walmart and bought a small coffee pot.

The facility was clean and very convenient to the highway, but the room was about the smallest room we've ever had. Also, there was no coffee maker, ice machines were only located at the end of the halls on the 1st and 3rd floors. The mini fridge and ac were a little loud when they kicked on. We'll probably try a different hotel next time.

Convenient location right off the interstate. It was clean, felt safe and had a great vibe on our drive through New Mexico. Highly recommend!
