Very tired room. Very much fraying at the edges. Not very clean room. Toilet and shower only half cleaned.

Room was terrible. Carpet was worn down to bare floor, aircon unit was held together with tape, wallpaper was peeling off all over the place and the temp control panel was like a floodlight that you couldn’t switch off. I’m sure there are some decent rooms, the hotel has some good ratings so must be ok in general but there are obviously rooms in desperate need of a refurb.

We had a really great room and all the staff were so helpful ten out of ten 👍👍

The room we were put in at first wasn't the room we had booked. Upon immediately complaining to reception we were allocated a different room that was indeed an upgrade from what we had booked. The rest of the stay was very good with good food in the restaurant and a very good swimming pool.

Our first choice when coming to Brands Hatch. Couldn’t be closer!

Struttura carina, ma camere non insonorizzate e si sente parlare il vicino a bassa voce. Inoltre manutenzione rumorosa (trapano) a partire dalle 7.00. Carino il bar, scarso il ristorante. Check in lento e con una ragazza che cantava e ballava invece di spiegare la struttura.

Enjoyed the pool area and good food in bar & restaurant Indian food also served in Restaurant very tasty & good choice.

Room was extremely unclean.

Room freezing cold, broken plug in heater and very noisy room heating. Constant load noise from extraction fan / boiler running through the night No sleep whatsoever

Room very tired and in need of a refresh. Could feel the springs in the mattress so not a good nights sleep. Also being at the back of the hotel delivery drivers and general movement in the yard woke us up.

Room nice. Had booked a twin but Room had a double bed. Took ages to sort out. Went to the spa to relax. Far from relaxing with noisy children screeching and shouting. So very disappointing as we were really looking forward to relaxing in the spa, that was the reason that we booked this particular hotel and not another. Food was nice in bar and good service. Disappointed for what we paid + £10 parking. Combination of the room not being right, and the spa, made for not a great visit.

Room was okay. Temperature control was ineffective in that it didn’t matter what temperature is was put too it just billowed out cold air, even when set to 26 degrees.

Booked this for my parents’ anniversary, they loved it and said staff were nice. Request was also actioned which was amazing. Only con was they only offer indian food for dinner, so my mom was not able to eat anything and she does not like it, would be nice to have a more versatile selection of different cuisines.

Had a great stay. They actually took their time to action my request which was so nice of them. My parents stayed here before in which they really enjoyed it so I came to stay after. Would definitely go back. Room also beautiful. The only 2 cons were they only offer Indian food for dinner, they should have a broader cuisine selection. Furthermore, spa & pool facilities are listed till 10pm, but was told to get out at 9.40pm which wasn’t nice.

The room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were friendly, breakfast was good but the spa was awesome.

I checked in at 130am ish and asked the member of staff to do me a late check out as i had just come from Ireland which took me driving over 15 hours with ferry and road closers so very much needed my rest BUT @ 8am the drilling started your member of staff had put me in the same area this is not fair so I had to get up and go to the main check in I am not happy with the service i received Mandy the manager was helpful but a little to late for her help after that so i checked out JOKES

Standard room was ok. Nothing special. Water pressure in shower went to a trickle while covered in soap. But reception and maintenance did rectify quickly when informed. Went back because we spent our wedding night there 36 years ago. Reception were told but nothing to mark this return was done to acknowledge it. Food choice in restaurant was disappointing. Ended up with a loaded burger, I am not sure what the burger meat was supposed to be but it wasn’t beef. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Car park was busy so we ended up a long way from entrance and it was very muddy, having to pay for parking also made this more upsetting. The biggest bonus was a really nice pool in the spa. Again friendly staff. But out the four showers in the men’s changing room, 1 was closed off and 1!had a missing shower head.
