Localisation parfaite à proximité de tout, chambre propre mais fuite des WC que nous avons signalé le 1er jour, frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas, petit déjeuner bon, chambre familiale vue sur l'intérieur de l'hôtel... les 2 derniers jours de notre séjour, un des ascenseurs était en panne pour descendre dans le parking et accéder côté mer en poussette où j'ai dû appeler mon conjoint afin qu'il descende porter la poussette... L' expérience aurait pu être meilleure... pour un prix avoisinant les 400e la nuit...

No beach view from are room, you can pay extra if important to you, we had king size room which was fine, hotel in good center position, breakfast not overwhelming and can get busy had to wait for a table,

What a great location for the pier, beach and the lanes. Walkable from the train station to get your bearings. I did feel the pool tiles were slippery under foot when wet so had to walk very slowly. Pool and showers where great and the Welsh chap on gym was very friendly and helpful. The lounge had awesome views which we used several times while staying. Our double king size room was great for my friend and myself. Thanks

View from executive suite was excellent. Found 2 moths in room. Carpet needs changing. Front desk staff need a customer service refresher course not the service i was expefor £260 a night. Wasn't informed if breakfast or dining facilities. They might as well use a vending machine to check you in and get your room key!

Location is this hotel’s best feature and also a very good breakfast. Freshness and cleaning isn’t the best, espcially the windows. Staff could be a bit friendlier

Had a great time, easy check in, clean tidy and in the middle of everything

Breakfast was expensive, so I only had it on my first morning. I rang reception to ask for a Hairdryer as the one in my room didn't work ! I ended up drying my hair in the sun through my window as after waiting 30 mins I never received a replacement, I was really disappointed as the card in the room say's " don't worry if you forget anything, just call reception" !! My room was great & view of the sea, terrific.The staff in Leo's were exceptional, that made my stay.

Excellent modern hotel in an amazing location. Breakfast was great, in the wonderful setting of the hotel’s massive atrium. Helpful staff, good rooms.

Best hotel best staff very caring Thank you for hekp during my critical time

Room overlooked the lobby area which was slightly odd but there wasn’t any noise disturbance. The room was exceptionally hot and the air con didn’t really work. Nice hot shower with nice soaps offered. A good selection for breakfast but mediocre.

Great stay

Great hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast and local many pubs and restaurants. Car park underneath, but £29 a night.

Decent room. Some dirt needing reporting. No safe. Water not replenished each day. No robes or slippers. These are charged and too much. So not great facilities. Excellent breakfast. Not very good lunch or supper. Bar very expensive.
