Better than I expected clean room, staff very helpful and friendly.

Clean room, friendly staff. Loved relaxing in the pool and sauna before dinner in the restaurant on site. Lovely start to our holiday and easy walk to departures.

Spacious room, with excellent soundproofing and large comfortable beds (2 king-size in our room).Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed for one night before our flight. Very nice staff. Lovely room and nice food in the bar.

Room was cold as theceinfows had been left open. Air con/heat wasnt working properly. Rooms not sound proof as advertised. Could gear cargo all night long from the early hours. Bath in poor condition. Room needs updating

I booked a stay and park for 8 days package. Very convenient to walk to the airport, 5 minutes to the departures area. Hotel clean, nice food in the restaurant, friendly staff. The room was a decent size, clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean but the decor a little tired. Shower over the the bath. The parking is very tight and very busy. It seemed we got the last space available.

Staff were friendly and informative. Room was intercomnecting which was great for our 2 rooms. Will definatley stay again

The room was perfect—clean, comfortable beds for me and the children, just what we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to have to pay £10 per night to park my car, totaling £30 for three nights. I understand charging for parking for guests using the car park to fly from East Midlands Airport, but for guests staying at the hotel for the full duration, this feels unfair. Hotel guests should not have to pay the same parking fees as non-guests.

The room felt very dirty like it had been cleaned a little! The bed was okay and seemed the safest place. Until when we were up for the early flight we saw sweaty hand marks on the head board of the bed! Bathroom was clean ish. No soap, shower gel. Luckily we were flying aboard and was able to use our own! Check in Staff need to learn their left from rights. Send us all the way round the trees and house to get to our room. When we left to go get a drink. Noticed you leave the room on the left and a left again and your by reception! Would I stay here again. Maybe…… if I have another early flight.
