We had a lovely stay and definitely be back staff are so helpful

Good location, easy to get to and close to all local amenities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Leisure club is small and a little dated but fine for a nice relax.

The view from the room was terrible. It was a concrete square with tyres. The furniture was plasticky. For the price really wasn’t worth it on top of that our sleep was disrupted by people fighting and the police being called. I wish I booked the Holiday Inn.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh, as always.

Pool and changing rooms could do with some TLC

Stayed at your hotel for the first time so we could visit friends & family in the area. We had a lovely stay and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Will definately stay with you again in the future.

It was a quiet tucked away room which I liked and room service was lovely. Great temperate and bedding. A few issues however, there was a small hair in bath it was slightly off putting but tp handled it with a quick flush. The major issue was the sink which was blocked? I’m unsure as I had to travel throughout my stay and leave; therefore was not able to raise this issue. However overall a nice stay. Breakfast and dinner was lovely. Would stay again regardless of issues.

I travelled with my husband and friends couple. Room are quite good and clean, staff was really friendly and welcoming. My friend has infant so she asked for cot arrangements but it turned out very stinky and dirty. Breakfast was nice and delicious but not that much variety and options, was like basic buffet. Swimming pool was heated and jacuzzi was up to the mark but water was very cloudy and so much chlorine in it so we didn’t spend time much there. Otherwise overall experience was good 👍

It was a good size room , clean and comfortable beds

The room eas clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was decent. Food was delicious. I marked it as good because even though I had checked in online the day before it still took nearly 10 minutes to check in and get my key at the desk. That was quite long when it had been a long day on the road. It was lovely walking into a warm room and the heating was on however, there was a fault with the radiator and I couldn’t turn it down so I melted throughout the night and don’t get a great nights sleep because of being too hot. Facilities were nice too.
