중심가에서 1km 떨어진 곳이지만 도보로 여행하기에 무리가 없습니다. 자동차주차도 매우 용이했으며 비수기여서인지 주차비도 무료였습니다. 룸 컨디션, 식사, 직원들 써비스 모두 좋았습니다.

가성비 갑이하 할수 있다

직원분들도 친절하시고 룸 컨디션도 좋았습니다 욕조가 넓어 목욕도 기분 좋게 했고 어메니티도 만족스러웠습니다 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었네요

방의 크기와 상태는 적당했습니다. 구도심까지 걸어서 10분정도 소요되었습니다. 별도의 주차장이 마련되어있고 좋았습니다. 차량을 가지고 여행하는 분께 적당한 호텔입니다.

객실 편의 물품이 좀 아쉽다. 4성 정도라면 커피포트나 실내슬리퍼 정도는 구비하고 있었으면 한다. 객실금고도 직원을 불러 키로 조작해야 사용할수 있으며 더운물 한잔도 일일이 룸써비스를 부탁 하거나 아니면 1층바애서 구입해 먹어야하는 시스템이 좀 아쉽다.

Todo los empleados son muy amables, especialmente Miguel (camarero), un profesional como la copa de un pino. Amable, atento, siempre dispuesto ayudar.

Hotel 4 estrelas. Com localização razoável para visitar a Igreja/centro histórico. Bem equipado com piscina externa , academia, um bom lobby, café da manhã excelente! PROBLEMA!!! Minha mulher foi muiiito picada por inseto( pulga???) e ficou muito inchada e vermelha no rosto , nos braços, nas pernas , nas costas.Um horror… Fomos a recepção e pedimos o cancelamento da segunda diária que tinhamos contratado pois perdemos a confiança quanto as condições sanitárias.Solicitei estorno do que havia pago e me disseram que seria pelo Hoteis.com. Tentei o chat da Hoteis.com e não tive sucesso. Busquei então a Expedia e fui atendido prontamente. Nota zero para o chat da Hoteis.com e 10 para o chat da Expedia. Agora estou viajando com a mulher tomando cortisone e antialérgico e com vergonha para tirar fotos por estar com o rosto inchado…

En general todo muy bien. Lo único que no me gustó es la poca privacidad del baño, los alrededores de la piscina con un suelo poco cómodo y que no ofrezcan almuerzo.

*La habitación del hotel fue bastante incómoda, especialmente por el colchón y las almohadas, que de lejos estaban de ofrecer descanso. También el balcón estaba muy sucio, no se tomaron el tiempo de limpiarlo antes de que llegáramos . Debido a eso la experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Sería importante considerar mejorar y renovar las habitaciones,los precios no son acorde a los elementos del mobiliario. Decidimos perder una noche de estancia ya que no quisimos repetir otra noche en vela*

La habitación es cómoda. El desayuno que ofrecen es variado, sin embargo, todo estaba frío, incluyendo los platos que debían ser calientes. Tiene una parada del autobús justo en frente que permite llegar al centro rápido y a un bajo costo.

Excellent hotel 15 walk to downtown , grocery and pharmacy are around the corner and pizza restaurant too. Good breakfast in the hotel, nice rooms. Perfect for my 4 nights stay in Santiago

Straight forward check in / out. Clean and efficient. Staff have excellent English. Good location between the bus station and city centre.

Warm friendly professional greeting. Excellent location. Close to Cathederal, Mall, Train/Bus station, convenience stores and lots of meal options. Great breakfast price - highly recommend. Nice balcony with evening sun. Pool and garden areas looked great from above.

It is a recently renovated hotel, with average swimming pool. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms requires more work to make them soundproofed. In the current paper wall state there is no privacy and it disturbes uour sleep if nect room people decide to haceva late night! Nothing is left in the room to welcome guests! It is standard practice to keave at least a bottle of water for the guests! Rooms didn't have functional safe! The box was there but the doorlock on the safe was not installed!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and there's a huge difference between some rooms and others (under the same room category). Mine was dated and certainly not worth the price I paid! Will have to consider a different hotel next time, sadly.

Very nice hotel but quite a walk to the center. No coffee and tea in the room.
