It was an unpleasant experience. The reception staff said that no reservation for my name. She asked for confirmation so I showed her the confirmed mail from hotels.com. She did not even check it properly and she was irritated by saying, "How do I know Chinese?" (In fact, it was Korean. Calling all Asians to Chinese is racism. And Netherlandic language was listed together in the mail as you know.) Finally, she explained that the reservation was omitted due to computer error, and never said sorry.

A decent hotel, great location, and the bed is great! Overall does not appear very well maintained though.

Very nice location, proper breakfast (great croissant!), friendly staff, safe neighborhood, nice, clean room with a fridge and a hot pot. I really enjoyed my stay!

Very nice staff. Good breakfast and decent bar. Wouldn't stay again as room very noisy with shouting from street until 4am both nights and then the road sweepers started at 8

The overall hotel was fine and it’s in a very good central location, but there were a few issues that made the stay very uncomfortable. The room was extremely overheated even in February to the point where we had the window open constantly for 3 days and the fan on overnight to sleep. I woke up with a migraine after the first night which happens when I get overheated when I sleep which ruined the second day. The pillows were hard and lumpy and the spare soft pillow was like a tissue it was so flat and I also woke up with a sore neck. The shower was lukewarm at best no matter how hot we turned it up. If you like a warm room and hard pillows it might be the hotel for you though!

Excelente estancia. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro, lo que permite recorrer Gante caminando con total comodidad. La habitación era cómoda, bien cuidada y muy silenciosa, ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo. El personal fue amable y profesional en todo momento, haciendo el check-in y la estancia muy fluidos. En general, el hotel ofrece un muy buen nivel de confort y servicio, cumpliendo plenamente con lo que se espera de la cadena. Una opción muy recomendable para alojarse en Gante. Sin duda volvería.

The check in was great. We arrived too early for our room but they happily stored our luggage until later. The room is great.

Good standard of room. Great central location. Helpful staff. Let down by noise from outside of drunks fighting and waste bins being emptied in the early morning.

Staff were amazingly polite and welcoming. Room was clean and with plenty of room. It was quite loud so bring ear plugs but would definitely stay again!
