원래는 비싼가격이라 부담스러웠지만 41프로 할인된 가격이어서 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 아주 비쌀거라 예상한 레스토랑이 너무 멕시코 음식만 있지 않고 푸전음식도 저렴하고 아주 좋았습니다.

visited for 1 quick night the hotel, been there before but this time the service and help from the front desk was not helpfull After checking out realized left my jacket, so called back to the hotel and they said they will call back. never happened so call again after 2 hours and they mentioned that they forgot to call me back but didnt find anything. it is clear they stole the jacket but they said will review the videos but after 2 days still they dont call back

La habitación estaba sucia del piso, olía mucho a humedad y nos salió una araña de la cama de mis hijos... fue un caos porq ya no querían dormirse ahí, tuvieron que ir a matarla y pues no tuvimos buena experiencia.

La atención del personal es sobresaliente. Si vas en familia, sugiero totalmente las junior suite, ya que las dobles son muy pequeñas. El brunch en el restaurante José buenísimo, pero la atención del personal y la capacidad de resolver para destacarlo.

Supero mis expectativas seguro regresaré periódicamente todo de primera gracias

Padrísimas instalaciones y vistas

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. La habitación estaba limpia y las instalaciones son muy bonitas, aunque considero que ya podrían beneficiarse de una renovación en algunas áreas. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y todo el staff fue excelente: siempre amables y atentos. Un gran plus para nosotros es que cuentan con Starbucks dentro del hotel. El lugar es muy tranquilo y las vistas son hermosas. Lo único que mejoraría es el tema del estacionamiento, ya que algunos cajones son bastante angostos. De hecho, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación porque nuestra camioneta no cabía en el espacio asignado. A pesar de eso, a mi esposo y a mí nos encanta hospedarnos aquí y sin duda seguiremos regresando.

The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which makes sense given that it’s primarily geared toward families. The bar at night is practically empty, so don’t expect a lively scene — but if you’re looking to unwind, that can actually be a plus. The grounds are great for walking, and the food is fresh, healthy, and genuinely enjoyable. A few things to note: the pool was a bit cold for the season despite being heated, and the fitness classes at the gym tend to get crowded, so we ended up going to another hotel for the spa experience. We also had a citywide blackout during our stay, which left us without electricity or Wi-Fi for a while — not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning. On the bright side, the location is excellent — you can walk into the town center easily, which is great for exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay, and I’d happily come back with friends again.

A Wonderful Family Getaway – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Avándaro and will definitely be coming back. The hotel is impeccably clean and has a warm, welcoming family atmosphere that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the staff were — it’s not always easy to find a place this comfortable for the whole family, four-legged members included. The restaurants on the property are a real highlight. The food quality is excellent, and the service is attentive and friendly. Every meal felt like a treat. The Wi-Fi connection can be a bit spotty in some areas, but honestly, that turned out to be a blessing — this is a place to unplug, slow down, and enjoy your surroundings. The pool is always spotless and kept at a perfect heated temperature, so it’s enjoyable year-round. The grounds are beautiful, and one of our favorite things was being able to walk into the village of Avándaro right from the hotel — a lovely stroll through scenic landscapes. All in all, this is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again, especially for a weekend escape with the family. Highly recommended!
