It was very historical hotel in central of the Mexico city. All the transportation located in front of the hotel and you can easily find uber in the city. Staffs are kind. Highly recommand to stay in this hotel

No tiene estacionamiento y estuve llamando antes de llegar por espacio de una hora para que me sugirieran un estacionamiento y nunca me contestaron. Al llegar me atendieron bien pero había bichos en el baño (cucarachas) y me cambiaron de habitación. Después de eso todo bien.

Mejoraría el servicio de Internet por lo que se bloquean las tarjetas (llaves ) y mayor atención en mantenimiento de instalaciones eléctricas , resto muy bien

There was noise every night we were there, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel is locate on the city square and there are hundreds of people there until very late as well as bands playing.

Little noisy area, and air conditioner not available, have a fan, need some arrangements, but ok by the price.

It was a bit noisy the cleaners and the washing machine were out loud right below the window at 2 am at night

Location was great if you are trying to be next to the Zocalo. If you are looking for a quiet place this is not the place. There is a lot of noise in the surrounding area even late at night. The rooms need to be updated bath tub seemed to be clogged. Another issue is on a street that is only for pedestrians therefore you have to walk with your luggage about a block.

Un hotel antiguo, con tradicion, muy buena ubicacion frente al zocalo de la CDMX, es una zona donde se puede caminar, tiene facil transportacion a los lugares hidtoricos de la ciudad y tours historicos.

Toda muy amables

El Hotel con excelente ubicación, pero con muy poco mantenimiento, en recepción no respetaron el tipo de habitación que pagué, tenía dos con king size y solamente me dieron una. El restaurante con personal amable, hermosa vista pero precios altos. Lo peor del hotel es el baño las toallas super viejas y percudidas, no tienen jabón líquido en la regadera, los tapetes de regadera mejor deberían tirarlos. Los bellboys muy amables, serviciales y educados.

Llegamos 13:00hrs. Y dejamos las maletas pues hasta las 15:00hrs. era el check in, regresamos a las 17:00hrs. y el señor de la recepción nos dijo que solo tenía una habitación con king size aunque yo reservé las dos habitaciones iguales, además de muy mala manera.

Deberían tener convenio con estacionamientos

Falta un poco de limpieza en las areas comunes, polvo en lamparas etc, habitaciones si estan limpias

La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, la regadera descompuesta, sale de momento caliente, de momento fria y el agua sin presión, tienes que estar pegado a la pared.

I hadn't been back here in a number of years but it was always my go-to hotel in Mexico City. I always loved staying here because it's location is prime and the restaurant overlooking the zocalo is still one of my favorites in the area. We were on the 5th floor and the internet was not all it should have been. We could always get access down in the lobby but they need to do some work done to get a stronger internet signal thoughout the hotel. The staff is very helpful, there's a coffee machine in the room which I always love seeing but bring your own creamer. Luckily right next door is a great little coffee and pastry shop which is easily accessed starting at 7am. The Best Western Majestic remains a little colonial gem, with a boutique hotel feel, centrally located and very economical. If you can, try to get a room with a window facing out to the zocalo or to the andador (a bit noisier but worth it) you'll be happy you did. No, this is not a hotel with rooms that look like every hotel in the states, if you want that go elsewhere..The Majestic has the charm and colonial touches that help you feel like you're in a comfortable home while traveling.

The room was terrible I will post photos, it was dirty bathroom was neglected, I am very disapointed for a Best Western hotel
