It was very historical hotel in central of the Mexico city. All the transportation located in front of the hotel and you can easily find uber in the city. Staffs are kind. Highly recommand to stay in this hotel

The overall rating of three stars is generous. This very very old building was turned into a hotel in the 1930s. Charming? Maybe, but it seemed like many things were not updated since then. I don’t even know where to start. It also varies by room. I know this because we had to switch rooms. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place. The noise from the Zócalo seemed to be never-ending. But if you want a great location in the middle of everything, stay here.

Es un hotel VIEJO y con falta de mantenimiento, limpio con toallas MUY PERCUDIDAS, el taxi te deja en la esquina y a caminar con todo y maletas tanto al llegar como al salir porque es una calle peatonal, la ubicación para el centro y zona arqueológica excelente pero las habitaciones MUY ruidosas.

This hotel is in the best place, in the middle of everything. You can see the zocalo and the cathedral from your room. It is a bit older but that is part of the charm. There are so many iconic things to do around there and so close by. You can walk to many places. Location, location, location.

La primer persona en el mostrador ( Victor ) nada profesional, el checking era a las 3pm y a las 3:05 le preguntamos por nuestra habitacion y solo dijo no esta lista se tienen que esperar 20 minutos mas pero muy despota

The rooms need better cleaning, and the elevator service needs improvement because it's sometimes unavailable, and having to carry things up the stairs is very difficult.

Beautiful building and lovely staff. The rooms look exactly as pictured on the orbitz site. I got a room with 2 queen sized beds and with a nice view towards el Zócalo.

the room wasn't ready when arrived but the housekeeping lady was very polite and friendly with us. Everyone at the hotel were really nice

Personal muy atento y amable, se puede mwjorar en la limpieza y algunos aspectos de remodelacion o restauracion de las habitaciones, cortineros, pizos del baño, iluminacion ennla habitación cmo ejemplos, que aun con eso es un hotel muy bonito y recomendable ...

Chegamos, perto da meia noite e o quarto que fomos entrar estava sujo, lixo a recolher, cama cheia de cabelos, péssimo nível. Pediram desculpas e nos colocaram em quarto com três camas, detalhe estávamos em 2 adultos e 2 crianças já grande, não tinha como ficar, a não ser que alguém dorinisse no ch
