전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Europe

La ubicación está padrísima. A 7 min caminando está la estación de tren, a una cuadra está el lago, a 3 min caminando está un lugar con restaurantes y plaza. Enfrente la ópera. El desayuno bueno. El personal de servicio muy amable. Sólo que al principio la chica que hizo check in no quiso hacer válido lo que la reserva ofrecía por ser cliente GOLD. Tuvimos que pagar el early check in (que venía incluido, nunca pedimos este beneficio pero en esta ocasión llegamos de un viaje muy largo y nos urgía descansar y dormir un poco y si nos lo dieron pero dijo que lo teníamos que pagar) y el desayuno que también lo incluía, tampoco. Pero luego la app de hoteles.com y su excelente servicio me atendieron por mensaje y reembolsaron esa parte que se pagó. El resto del personal en el hotel fue muy amable, solamente fue esa única persona quien al hacerme el check in, no quiso respetar lo de la reservación ni lo del correo que porque según ella el costo que pagamos había sido muy poco. (Fue costo de promoción de hoteles.com y beneficios GOLD) Pero afortunadamente no volvimos a tener contacto con ella y el personal de la app respondió de manera excelente. Felicidades al resto del personal en el hotel que al menos se mostraban atentos a escuchar y dejarnos explicar la situación y ser amables.

The staff was very kind, helpful & accommodating, They went above & beyond. The hotel restaurant has fabulous meals. The hotels is city centre- in walking distance to everything.

Beautiful spacious suite, very clean and well appointed. Couch was made into a comfortable long twin bed. Excellent location near lake, parks, and restaurants

Elegant, clean and very convenient to the beat of Zürich. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Lisa gave us a walking map and made great suggestions. This hotel also can provide tickets to the train and Opera. Close to the lake and train stations. Highly recommend.

Decent location clean . Front office staff was ok nothing about and beyond. A bit curt. VIP access was non existent until I mentioned as they said I already had a good rate. Then Expedia called and they offered a very basic wine bottle

5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Stadelhofen. Mit Restaurant und weitere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. 2 Min von der Oper entfernt. Suite sehr schön renoviert und grosszügig.

Ottima posizione, camera pulitissima, letto comodo, colazione internazionale con buon assortimento, personale gentilissimo.

My room was cancelled on line by Expedia. I booked a new room and then got charged 2 rooms at hotel Expedia. This also happens in Amsterdam and I spent hours on phone with Expedia before my trip. Rob Scott Robertrossscott1962@gmail.com

It was a pleasant stay with everything available that is required for a solo traveler. The location was perfect and just a street away from the lake. It felt safe to walk back at night. The only thing missing was sufficient fans or air conditioning in the summer.

it was very good but the employees specially the breakfast ones has been nasty and not polite and not kind at all.

Staff were very accommodating and understanding. Great local dining recommendations for local cuisine. Great location right next to north tip of Lake Zurich and main river thru the city.
