Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and bed and linens were nice. The lounge was very bougie.

ホテルは何もかも最高でした。海沿いの系列レストランで食事しました。景色や内装は完璧ですが、料理は生じきそこまでは美味しくなかったのが少し残念でした。立地が素晴らしいのでこちらが期待しすぎたのかも知れません。

Our stay was magnificent! This hotel is in located in the little town of Anacapri and it is absolutely amazing. From the time you arrive at the port to your departure they are there to make your stay perfect in every way. The staff, they are genuinely the best and most kind people! Our experience here was so perfect that it was truly hard to leave!! Dear Jumeirah Capri Palace we can’t wait to return and bring our entire family. We will forever be your loyal guests, thank you for making our first trip to capri perfect!!

What an amazing stay, location, property facilities, friendly staff, shuttle - and the Exceptional Service!!! Cannot say enough about the service provided all around the resort - thank you to all! Riccio beach club - make reservations and stay the day - Blue Grotto right next door.

The hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was included and top notch. The staff were all extremely friendly. Zuma on the rooftop but even better was 2 Michelin star restaurant L’Olivio. Their event planning team Mariana and Alesia were fantastic in helping me plan my wedding proposal. Highly recommend.

The hotel was nice, the room size is good, not too luxurious. The room lacked some items, like water kettle, teas and a coffee machine. We had to ask for it, and the staff were bit confused with a simple request like a water kettle. Overall, the experience was good, not outstanding.

We had a great time here. We much preferred this side of Capri. The property has an excellent gym for those of you who like to work out. The food is excellent, including the buffet breakfast. The restaurants are extremely pricey so look a little further afield for other options if this concerns you. The rooms are also not well sound proofed and we found ourselves wearing earplugs. We overheard other people talking about the same issue during our stay. However, we would stay again and overall we had a great experience.
