I was charged $100 more than the room cost when i checked in to just hold, then didnt get refund when i checked out. I asked to hotel via hotels.com and the hotel explained that i had ordered $100 breakfast menu on my last day of stay. They dont even have seperate menu for breakfast and i had breakfast included service. I still didnt get the clear answer nor the refund. Considering the currency rate of argnetinian peso, $100 menu for breakfast is also absurd. Plus they predicted it when i first check in???

I only experienced breakfast at the cafe. The beef empanadas and cappuccino was great. I didn’t eat at the restaurant. The comfort of the bed was ok, not the best for my preference. Everything else was clean, great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s safe to walk around. It has an Italian feel with grand columns, and crystal chandeliers

Hotel was amazing, conveniently located in Recoleta and close to AEP airport. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was the highlight, sadly we were only able to enjoy one morning as our flight was early morning and had to leave before breakfast opens. I wish hotel provided packed breakfast, I requested but they asked to charge me for coffee and some pastries to be packed.

Não consegui usar o bar. Fui tratado indevida e desecudamente, no bar do lobby do hotel, no dia 1/1/26, data em que fiz o meu Check-in, juntamente com minha Família (6 pessoas; três habitações). Lastimável, além de incompatível com o que se cobra num hotel como o Alvear. Fiz registro da minha reclamação, tanto no próprio bar, junto à hostess, junto à recepção e, por fim, junto à gerente de serviços do hotel, que nos pediu desculpas, justificando com a extraordinariadade do dia primeiro do ano.
