Very good room service had everything up to date with housekeeping and had many towels. Everything was good!

OK, Value for money

Place was run down and placing of the amenities didn’t flow well. AC and shower heads were clogged with dirt.

I loved my stay since my arrival when the staff greeted with a big smile. The room was decent, it was cleaned, good shower: all we needed to have a nice sleep. The breakfast was great to start the day with more energy. The shuttle included was of great value for our booking. The staff tried their best to attend our requests. I love happy people, everybody in the staff that I met was nice and happy 🤗 Thank you!!

The staff were excellent. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The wifi was good in the room. The restaurant and bar have a limited menu but the meals were nice, although very big. Airport shuttle was prompt. I will be staying there again.

The room was very small; but the breakfast buffet was great/ best French toast, scrambled eggs and lean bacon! All very affordable price; $115

The positives; the free shuttle to/from the airport is wonderful. The driver was very friendly and professional. The staff at reception were nice. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The WiFi worked fine. Good location if you are looking something reasonably close to the airport. The negatives; my room was very old and in a quite a poor state of disrepair (the door handle hanging crooked, the whole door not aligned). The bathroom was a very tight squeeze, even for smaller people. The shower needed a proper clean. No drinking water is provided by the hotel (a bottle is 6 FJD from the restaurant), which I think is poor. It can be very expensive for what you get.

Suggest pool to open earlier, as well as a place for a gym.

The rooms were dirty and disgusting. The door did not lock or close. We felt completely unsafe and afraid to leave our luggage in oir room unattended. Pubic hair and stains on the sheets. We slept on top of the bed.

It’s alright

We recently stayed at this hotel with my 4‑year‑old, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff were truly lovely and very accommodating. When we encountered a discrepancy with our original room description, Kara promptly arranged for us to move to a better room, and Vili kindly assisted with the transition. Their professionalism and care were much appreciated. In fact all FOH staff were amazing. The kitchen/restaurant team - Debra and everyone were incredible, they were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was generally enjoyable, with fresh fruits available daily and always of great quality. However, cereal options weren’t consistently offered, and the toaster could have worked a bit better. While the breakfast was fine, it didn’t really showcase much of a Fijian touch, which we would have loved to see. The housekeeping team were wonderful too - thank you Mere and team. Overall, the staff made our stay memorable with their kindness, and while there are small areas for improvement in the breakfast service, we appreciated the hospitality and care shown throughout our visit.
