너무 번화가가 아닌 곳에 있어서 조용하고 편안했다.직원들도 너무 친절해서 다음에 기회가 된다면 다시 가보고 싶은 곳!!

6개월 아기랑 다녀온 여행입니다 ㅡ 위치도 좋고 친절하네요 ㅡ 조찬이 약간 부족한 느낌이네요 오성급 호텔에 비해서 그래도 좋습니다

너무 작음

직원들이 아주 친절하고 도보로 모든 스트라스부르를 관광할 수 있어서 무척 좋았습니다. 방이 약간 좁은 것이 미흡하지만 전반적으로 아주 만족하였습니다.

방을 너무 멀리 배정해줘서 좀 힘들었지만 그래도 방 상태 및 화장실도 넓고 좋아서 전체적으로 만족 합니다.

only bad thing is small-sized room. it's too small to keep 2 large luggages. However, others were perfect. Hermes shampoo, king-sized bed exceed Park Hyatt's ones. staffs were gentle and very kind. they gave us celeb letter and cookies, very heart-touching. You will have one of the best breakfast in FR when you get there. 정말 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 스트라스부르역서에 좀 멀다는 단점외에는 특별한 것이 없었습니다. 역에서는 약 15분 내외를 걸어야 하며, 구글맵없이 찾아가긴 쉽지 않을 겁니다. 랜드마크인 브랭땅 백화점을 약간지나면 에르메스 매장이 나오고 그 맞은편 좁은 골목길을 따라가면 바로 호텔이 보입니다. 친절도, 객실의 안락함, 훌륭한 조식이 일품이었고, 럭셔리하고 편한한 여정을 기획하시는 분들께 강추합니다. 다만 룸 크기는 매우 좁습니다.

중심가에서 살짝 떨어져 있어서 조용하고 객실깨끗하고 좋습니다 가격대비 가장 좋았던 호텔같습니다

Staff was great and location was perfect for wandering for sights.

The Sofitel is well located in Strasbourg, close to all the major attractions and public transport. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is somewhat worn in places with stained carpets in corridors and room lobbies. Bed was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet.

Staff were nice and housekeeping was great (very clean), this review is about the condition of the hotel. The hotel definitely doesn’t feel like ‘5 stars’; dated & run down, musty/damp room smell that doesn’t go away, a lot of ambient HVAC background noise. Won’t be booking Sofitel by default again for a while.

The AC struggled hard and it was not that hot outside. We (7of us) sweated like heathens through the night on hard, lumpy beds.

The AC never cooled the rooms, it was always hot and didnt feel the air moving. The hotel staff did not do anything about it. It is rated as a 5 star hotel and it should not be rated like that. It felt like a 3 star hotel

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of four. Hotel: It is an old hotel and the carpet has seen better days. If you use the sofa bed for kids you have very limited room for luggage. BUT, the service was excellent, the amenities was good, the bed nice. I really liked the hotel overall.
