타임슬립한 느낌. 20세기적인 화려함과 따뜻한 서비스가 있다. 호텔 내 가구들과 벽난로, 장식물들도 모두 신기하고 재밌었다. 4인 가족(10대 자녀 둘)이 킹사이즈 침대가 있는 주니어 스위트에 묵었는데 공간이 충분했고 소파베드와 엑스트라베드를 둘 수 있었다. 리츠런던에서 머문 것 자체가 멋진 경험이였다.

리츠 런던은 세계적으로 손에 꼽히는 정통 클래식컬 호텔입니다. 영국을 갈 때 가족과 들렸던 이후에 출장이나 레져로 가는 편입니다. 드레스 코드가 적용되는 엄격함이 있지만, Cloak Room에서 본인에게 맞는 슈트를 대여해주는 배려심도 있습니다. 애프터눈 티는 세 손가락에 꼽는 혹은 제 기준으로는 첫 번째인 수준입니다. 레스토랑 또한 흔해 빠진 미슐랭뿐만 아니라, 음식으로 훈장을 받은(MBE) 요리사가 지휘하는 음식을 즐길 수 있습니다. 소위 영국 상위층들이 즐기기 좋은 메뉴들과 일반적인 음식들인 비프 웰링턴 같은 품목 또한 세련미가 느껴집니다. 미식 뿐만 아니라, 주변에는 세인트 제임스 스트릿부터 메이페어에 있어서 한국에서 경험을 아예 할 수 없는 비스포크 테일러링(맞춤양복)과 맞춤제작 양장들도 쉽게 볼 수 없는 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 명품브랜드들이 있는 건 덤 입니다. 예술과 디자인 또한 세계 최고의 수준을 자랑합니다. 소더비와 크리스티가 있는 곳입니다. 아트 씬에서 볼 법한 갤러리가 있는 곳입니다. 이태리 르네상스부터 1900년대 모던아트까지 만나 볼 수 있는 최고의 거리를 리츠 주변에서 즐기실 수 있습니다. 런던으로 여행을 가신다면, 도체스터도 좋지만 리츠야 말로 한국인이 경험 할 수 있는 최고의 여행 안식처입니다.

호텔의 위치는 내가 방문하고자 했던 곳과 가까워서 좋았고,객실 청결상태 등은 좋았다. 조식도 좋았다. 그런데, 직원의 서비스가 실망스러웠다. 모든직원이 다 그런건 아니지만... 더리츠런던에 대한 생각했던 이미지가 달라진거 같다.

리츠런던에 처음 가기 전 부터 제가 언제 와서 체크 인을 하는 지 피드백을 이메일로 지속적으로 해서 좋았습니다. 빠른 체크 인은 아니였지만, Rivoli Bar에서 가볍게 샴페인과 스낵을 먹으면서 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크 인 후에는 품질 좋은 어메니티와 전통적인 인테리어가 안락함을 느끼게 해줍니다. 리츠 런던은 오래된 역사 중에 하나인 드레스 코드도 세심히 보기 때문에 다양한 경험 해보기에는 가장 적합한 호텔 같습니다. 런던에서 가장 유명한 애프터눈 티 서비스를 이용하거나 저녁식사에는 필수적으로 자켓과 타이를 해야하는데 한국에서는 경험하기 쉽지않는 경험을 해볼 수 있습니다. 룸서비스로도 애프터눈 티 서비스를 즐길 수 있습니다. 샴페인을 곁들인 애프터눈 티 서비스를 추천합니다. 헬포터(데스크)는 제 추측이지만 다른 곳과 다르게 영국인들의 억센 억양을 바로 경험 할 수 있어서 가장 전통적인 런던호텔을 경험해 보실수 있습니다. This was the greatest experience as I was tourist. I strongly felt it was so relaxed as Ritz and I talked about my check-in time in that Ritz generally explained about how to do it before coming Ritz. Of course, I've also seen the cozy bar, which is 'Rivoli Bar' and it is my favorite bit of Ritz, as I was waiting for the check-in, with this being in time exactly. When I had the check-in, it was shown that there were fancy amenities and nice quality of mini-bar, having Ritz retailer product, such as champagne, chocolate, nuts and some snack. Similarly, if you had nice experiences like afternoon tea and dinner, these would make you fabulous different times by getting ready to be dress-up except for breakfast, it could be dressing smart casual as well as this, you can try to order the afternoon service for the room. I can recommend that you try to get ordered the champagne. In my experiences in Ritz, it was such a great time.

교통 서비스 편의시설 모두 좋았으며 직원들의 서비스도 최고였음. 고풍스러운 분위기와 전통이 느껴지는 최고의 호텔

입구, 로비와 멋진 층계, 리프트, 조식을 먹는 레스토랑까지 럭셔리하고 멋진곳입니다. 룸은 말할것도 없구요. 넓고 안락하고 깔끔합니다. 초등생을 포함한 4인가족이고 4일동안 머물며 룸서비스와 조식을 고루 이용하였습니다. 음식도 훌륭하고, 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다. 불편함없이 너무 잘 지냈습니다. 어린자녀를 동반하였다면 더 추천합니다. (호텔이 그린파크언더그라운드역 바로 앞이라 이동이 편리했습니다.)

Near by downtown and good service.

I arrived at4th,July late night from seville ,spainand departed 7 th, july.On frist day of this hotel,happening at bathroom occured. The drainge system of bathroom was collged and water was flooded.So we moved another room. At that time, I was very disappinted and tell the desk manager this problem against of high cost and your hotel reputation.On the next day , hotel gived very modest and sincere appology and afforded new clean room.Neverthless ,I loved this hotel inthe respect of old claasic, hystery and nery kind staff.Soon I wish to stay again.

버킹엄, 웨스트민스터성당, 빅벤 등이 모두 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있어요. 객실도 포근하고, 우아합니다. 호텔 직원분들도 모두 친절하셨어요. 음식도 맛있었고, 편안하게 머물다 왔습니다.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the service. Everyone we encountered was polite and attentive, but one person stood out: Koshish. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was anticipating what we might need, checking in with a warm smile, or making sure everything was just right, his service was flawless. What impressed us most was how natural and effortless he made it all seem. He struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion, making us feel like the most important guests in the hotel. The Ritz is more than just a beautiful place to stay; it is a true experience. Thanks to the exceptional staff, and especially Koshish, our visit was one we will never forget. If you are looking for world-class hospitality in London, The Ritz is absolutely the place to be.

Outstanding!

An incredible property and the most comfortable room ever except it was hot - apparently due to renovations in process. What really made it amazing were the friendly, kind and attentive staff with ready smiles who were so welcoming and eager to make our stay the best. An example of the incredible service is we had some delicious sourdough toast leftover at breakfast and we asked to take it with us. They took it away and we waited - we finally realized they had packaged it up and already delivered it to our room!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything was perfect. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed at lots of different hotels all over the world but the Ritz stands out over and above the rest.

Unfortunately we arrived at the Ritz for a long overdue couples get away but were unable to stay due to not having a physical bank card. In a time when everything is digital and people use Apple Pay we found this policy outdated. We were in a hurry as we were going to Wembley to see oasis, we were so disappointed to be told we would not be able to stay at the Ritz as we have always wanted to, luckily the cafe royal around the corner had a room and we stayed with them.
