It was actually better than I thought it would be. I enjoyed my stay. Would be back again

We ended up demanding a refund and leaving because when we checked in and got up to the room they assigned us, it had obviously NOT been cleaned from the previous tenants. There were old to-go food containers and drinks still sitting all around, and the bed was unmade. The entire hotel smelled musty and like cigarrettes. They tried to just give us a different room but we insisted on getting a refund and leaving. It has now been 4 days since the incident and I am still waiting for the funds to be put back into my bank account.

This hotel is for picking up Prostitutes. Everything is broke and old and the bathrooms are gross. Hotels need to step up their game. Also how are you going to charge me $6.99 for nothing. Literally nothing! So the deposit will be 7 dollars less. I would never stay here again.

Very unclean, pool/hot tub needs cleaning, ceiling is leaking water, poor customer service

The property is very dirty and poorly maintained. Leaks all over the place. The hallways smell. Not what i was expecting for a wingate property

Tv didn’t work, hallways and elevator is really hot,not enough light in the room ,ac barely worked and was noisy and they didn’t give me back my deposit

I booked this hotel just because they offered a free shuttle. I ordered the shuttle for 4am. At 2am I went down to the lobby to make sure the shuttle was going to pick me up there was no one at the desk. I went back up stairs to my room and came back down to check out at 3:10am. Still no one was at the desk. I called the hotel and no answer. I stood in the lobby for 45 minutes and still no employee. I ended up having to get my own shuttle that was over priced to make sure I would make it to my flight. The room didn’t have towels and had a moldy smell. A couple lights didn’t work either. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Was charged another 51.00 upon arrival for deposit card only. Then checkout they decided keep my deposit idk why room hadnt be messed up at all. Had emergency had leave immediatly.

The check in was on. The parking was sketchy. The front stalls were reserved for the company vehicle which left open potential of 6 other spots guests werent allowed to park in. The renovation was literally paint slapped on the walls. RUST RUST RUST !!! The bathroom was disgusting, the towel rack wasn't mounted to the walls. Tv remote didnt control the TV and was missing. I wish I coyld attach pictures I took from our visit itwas disgusting. Since I booked through Expedia I couldn't check out otherwise I would have

We reserved a nonsmoking king size room, first room we get into reeks of cigarette’s. They did switch us to a different room relatively quickly but it’s disappointing that there’s even a very high fee for leaving the room in such conditions and they still didn’t manage to clean the room well enough to remove the smell for the next guest. The area is overall pretty shady and doesn’t feel safe at night, I will say they at least have security on site on at night “patrolling” but I’m not sure how much of a deterrent it is overall. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I absolutely had to, the second room they provided was good enough for how much you pay per night.

Hotel met my needs and the staff was accommodating. Hotel could use some ‘love & attention’ as it is showing its age. The airport shuttle isn’t 24hours a day & requires scheduling well in advance of need (10 hours?) . Breakfast didn’t start until 0630… which isn’t conducive to early morning departures. The WiFi wasn’t consistently reliable for downloading/steaming.

Very poor condition the tub was dirty shower curtain Rod was not attached properly so therefore water got on the floor. No blow dryer in the room.

Room was disgusting. Fluid stains all around the room. Blood stains on my pillow case.Mismatched paint and unfinished. Shower had a nasty water stain in it and leftover trash. Toilet was disgusting. Absolutely a trashed place to stay.

The Clerk said my perfume reminded him of home in India Smelt So Nice. Makes me wanna go to India Now💫💫💫💫💫💞
