I had a first business trip in mexico city, I stayed this hotel, and this hotel was really perfect. Every staff was kind and room and all of stuffs were really clean

위치가 좋고 안전한 동네여서 좋았고 방 컨디션이나 시설 대비 가격도 좋아서 더 만족합니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 방도 넓고 가구는 다소 낡았으나 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어요. 조식뷔페도 딱 먹을만한 메뉴들로 잘 되어 있습니다. 주변이 한인타운이라 한식당도 많고 멕시코음식 맛집들도 많아요. 다음에 또 찾고싶은 호텔입니다.

Ligging van het hotel is top. Super leuke wijk en alles op loopafstand. Wat wel echt super tegenvalt is het restaurant op de boven verdieping, Club Brisas. Niet boeken. Gewoon het restaurant nemen en niet deze club. Onze eerste boeking in het begin van onze vakantie hebben wij daar gegeten en einde vakantie Brisas. Echt zoveel beter. Verder echt een heel erg fijn hotel. Super vriendelijke mensen. Rooftop is ook echt heerlijk om uit te rusten na een lange dag wandelen door de stad. Top hotel.

Buena ubicación y por mi estatus en expedia me hicieron ascenso a una habitación categoría signature. Atendieron mi solicitud de alergia a las alfombras y nos ubicaron en una habitación con piso cerámico. La atención del personal fue buenisima y tiene concierge en la entrada que te ayuda con todo.

The staff was very kind. The location is excellent. I Was in Room 616 and the air condition makes a lot of noise. That is my only complaint, when I checked out, I told the people at front desk

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a good experience. However, I had an unfortunate incident with one member of the valet staff that left me feeling very uncomfortable. On the first day, I used the valet service for my car. When the valet attendant came to collect my vehicle, I asked how much the parking fee was, and he told me it was 130 MXN. I gave him 150 MXN, expecting to receive 20 MXN in change, which I intended to leave as a tip. Instead, he kept the entire amount, handed me the valet ticket, and did not offer any change. I assumed he had applied the payment correctly. The following day, when I returned to pick up my car, the cashier told me I still owed 130 MXN. I explained that I had already paid the valet attendant the previous day. The cashier asked me who I had paid, but unfortunately, I had not noticed the employee's name because I did not think it would be necessary. Since they were unable to identify the valet employee who accepted my payment, I was required to pay the parking fee a second time. My concern is not the amount of money itself. What disappointed me was the apparent dishonesty of the valet attendant. If the parking fee was 130 MXN, it is unreasonable to assume that I intended to leave a 150 MXN tip. If he mistakenly believed the full amount was a tip, he had the opportunity to clarify it at the time, but he chose not to. From my perspective, this was dishonest and appeared to be intentional. I sincerely hope the hotel investigates this matter
