I had a first business trip in mexico city, I stayed this hotel, and this hotel was really perfect. Every staff was kind and room and all of stuffs were really clean

위치가 좋고 안전한 동네여서 좋았고 방 컨디션이나 시설 대비 가격도 좋아서 더 만족합니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 방도 넓고 가구는 다소 낡았으나 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어요. 조식뷔페도 딱 먹을만한 메뉴들로 잘 되어 있습니다. 주변이 한인타운이라 한식당도 많고 멕시코음식 맛집들도 많아요. 다음에 또 찾고싶은 호텔입니다.

Ein sauberes und für ein Stadthotel großes Zimmer, mit täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser, Safe, Schreibtisch mit Steckdosen und gutem WLAN. Als gebuchter Gast im Club Brisas hat man den Tag über gratis Getränke und von 19 - 21 Uhr bisbzu zwei alkoholische Getränke und mexikanische Snacks gratis. Das Frühstück im Club Brisas ist vielfaltig mit europäischen und mexikanischen Spezialitäten. Die Dachterrasse mit Swimming pools und Stühlen, Tischen, Liegestühlen und Poolbar ist gut unterhalten

Safe & convenient location

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Awesome little oasis on the rooftop with view of el angel de indepencia. The pool and hot tub are small but quite nice. The staff are amazing. We forgot our stuff in the safe and they made sure everything was ok until we returned to get our things. Nice restaurants in the lobby but tons of restaurants nearby, coffee shops, ice cream. It’s a lovely neighborhood.

Súper bien ubicado, a 1 cuadra del angel las habitaciones están muy antiguas pero bien, cumplen su función, el ruido de los coches despiertan súper temprano, si vienes solo pide una habitación que no de a la calle

We received "business club" access which included an amazing breakfast buffet, free water bottles and soft drinks daily, a happy hour with snacks and free beverages, etc. The corner room ended up huge. It was a double room with a bedroom and a living room. Each side would have been a large room. Staff was awesome too, although we didn't speak a whole lot.

Todo excelente, muy buena ubicación muchos restaurantes cerca. El desayuno tambien muy bueno! Si lo recomendaria y me volveria a hospedar.

Excellent performance from every staff member. Would stay there again if in Mexico City.

Good location, nice staff

It is people attention and customer service that shine from Galeria Plaza Reforma. It was a lovely experience.
