전체 평가 및 리뷰 Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel

I was only supposed to stay for two nights but wound up staying four. It's a great hotel with a great bar on the top floor. My only gripes are no microwave in the room and the bathtub is pretty slippery. I also couldn't connect to the wifi and eventually gave up trying. The valet is a little bit of a joke because the vehicles are basically parked a few feet from where the vehicle is dropped off, but it is helpful and the guys parking the vehicles were very helpful and quick. Overall, I'd stay again but I'll make sure I don't have anything that needs to be reheated. I heard there was a microwave in the lobby but I never saw it.

Parking options could be improved.

Toilet broken, no soda at bar, out of meals, no hot water, lost car keys, refused to provide any discount. I’ve been going here for years but not any more.

Nice hotel in downtown Toledo. Super fast check in. Close to 5/3 Stadium and the Huntington Center.

The Renaissance Toledo Hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near the Huntington Center. We were able to easily walk to a restaurant before the show and then easily walk back to the hotel after. I would highly recommend the Renaissance Toledo Hotel and would stay there again.

This is an amazing hotel and experience. Valet parking is $28, or self park in the hotel's own garage is only $8, with an underground connecting tunnel. I can't overstate how much we enjoyed our stay. Every room has an interesting view of the river and city. Our room was tidy and updated, the shower was amazing, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Affordably upscale and immaculately appointed/detailed. Would stay here any time!!

I was not impressed with the menu options at the Heights restaurant on 12th floor. The limited menu catered to an elite upper crust palette.

Room was nice and comfortable and clean. The parking is the worst set-up I’ve ever seen in my life , and the parking deck, a block away, has little to no directions on how to get to the hotel!

The hotel is very nice. Close to things downtown. Room was good, no refrigerator which I always like to have. Biggest disappointment was the parking- you have to valet and pay $28 which is fine but when we requested our car the next morning after waiting 40 minutes we inquired with the attendant that said we were next to pull up. Waited 10 more minutes and asked again and they found our keys still in the cabinet. No one had ever tried to retrieve the car. Total mess.

I didn’t get the room I paid for I got the standerd double queen because they was sold out
