전반적으로 괜찮았음. 식당에 쌀이 없음

오물렛 맛있었어요. 그런데 요리하시는분 표정이 살짝 무섭고 약간 불친절, 라운지 관리자분도 다소 불친절, 카운트 분들도 한두분 불친절 했어요. 사우나 좋았는데 전화기 달라고 해도 안줘서 불편. 주변이 ㅎ 조용한거 좋아하시는분 추천합니다

짧지만 편안한 여행이 될 수 있게 도움이 된 호텔입니다.

프론트데스크 직원들 불친절 및 예약 시스템이 정말 별로였음. 현지 미팅업체에서 방을 잡아주고 페이까지 했다고 했는데 이 호텔에서는 전혀 아는바가 없다고 함. 미팅업체에서 예약당시에 10번을 넘게 컨펌받고 확인했는데도 페이가 처리되지 않아있었음. 그리고 deposit환불처리도 느림.

진짜 불친절한 직원.....

다 좋았는데 조식 시간때에 너무 많은 사람들이 한번에 몰려서 자리도없고 시끄러워서 불편했음

The spa and the hot tub was very beautiful and clean, and the staff was so friendly helpful. The room was so clean comfortable and was easy to find the way how to use public transportation from the airport going to the hotel

Es ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles gut geklappt und Personal sehr freundlich. Der Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist auch sehr gut. Allerdings habe ich mir dieses Hotel wegen des Fitnessstudios gebucht und dieses war die ersten 3 Tage ausser Betrieb, sehr schade. Aber sonst alles super.

It's a pleasant hotel located in a quiet well connected area. Breakfast was average and repetitive, with low quality cold cuts and sausages. No fried eggs or omelettes. Plates were not heated and warm food gets cold. Spa area sometimes becomes lawless with adults and children throwing ball in pools. Lack of warning signs. People speaking very loud disturbing others

I was so happy while i was there everyone were friendly The cleanliness and hospitality was excellent

Worth of money as well as very beautiful hotel and easy to access transport. The spa is amazing and if I'm in Budapest again I would loved to come back again. Breakfest was amazing 😍 next time I will definitely go for lunchtime or teatime 🥰☺️

The wellness is now included in the room price, which is a great plus. Breakfasts is served as a buffet with plenty of choice. Location is a bit out of the centre, but easyly reachable by public transport. H5 train and tram 1. The accomodation is a bit outdated, but the rooms are big, and the beds very good. So the balance price/Quality is very good.
