전체적으로 깨끗하나 공항에서 애매하게 떨어져있어 걸어가면 안되고 택시나 버스 타야함. 조식은 종류는 평이하지민 맛은 별로였음. 체크인시 빈방이 있었음에도 커넥티드 룸을 주었는데 이를 통지하지도 않았음. 새벽 2시에 1시간이 넘게 연결된 옆방이 일찍 체크아웃 하기 위해 짐싸고 대화하는 소음과 간난아기 울음소리를 그대로 들으며 참아야 했음. 아침에 이를 항의하니 왜 조용한방을 요구하지 않았냐고함. 3성급인데 생수도 제공하지 않았음. 화장실 물을 먹으라고 함. 다음번에는 절대 이용하지 않을 것임

Stayed just one night for shuttle to airport. Quick and easy transport.

I was only there for a few hours. Property needs updating but it was great for what I needed.

The food could be improved.

We were heading back to Canada after a 2 week tour of Scotland. This hotel had a shuttle to the airport, free breakfast, and a licenced restaurant. All excellent. Our bed was not as comfortable as other hotels we stayed this trip.

Room was too warm and no thermostat to allow adjustments.

The room and bathroom were very very clean. The only area that could have used a little extra love was the hallways. They just need a good vacuuming but other than that ecerytjing was very clean. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the free breakfast the next morning was very good. We had a very pleasant night at this hotel and would definitely stay again. The hotel shuttle was also very convenient.

Hotel shuttle to and from the airport was very good. Breakfast buffet starts at 4 AM. Being so close to the airport meant it was good for visitors arriving and leaving around the clock. It also means a certain noise level but our room was very close to the noise of the main entrance. The bed was terrible and the blanket was ridiculously small.

Avoid the main floor— the noise from the hallway and from guests gathering by the reception, was unbelievable. Guests staying at an airport hotel are usually travelling at unusual times, hence need to sleep at unusual times. The level of noise was exceptionally disruptive.

Place was clean and staff friendly and helpful, but mattress was extremely soft and 2 people rolled to the middle, no electrical outlet on one side of bed, distance from airport farther than I would have liked

For this type of hotel it was acceptable. The staff were pleasant and helpful especially giving clear instructions on where to find the long stay car park at the airport.

Obviously this was an older hotel geared to serving people flying out of Glasgow. Service was good.
