Didn't like being close to the road Vehicle noise kept us awake on both nights

The room was clean but a little dated, the shower could’ve done with a deep clean

Everything was easy

I had a concerning experience during our stay. The room doors shut very quickly and forcefully, which can be dangerous—especially for children. Unfortunately, my daughter’s finger got stuck in the door. Thankfully, she wasn’t injured very badly, but it was a very scary moment for us. I strongly recommend the hotel consider installing soft-closing mechanisms or safety features to prevent such incidents in the future. This would make the environment much safer for families with young children. Otherwise, we had a very good experience overall and enjoyed our stay.

Easy parking, great location.

We stayed here for a few nights as a mini getaway and the staff were very friendly and location very central. The rooms could do with a bit of a pick me up but otherwise all ok.

Bed just OK, shower VG right flow and temperature, everyone in our group (19 rooms) had trouble with their TV controls, our room was not serviced on one day, plenty of parking and walking distance to everything in town.

Good location. Easy walk to Port area, shops, cafes, pubs etc. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good too. Plus we were upgraded to a suite. Enjoyable stay.

Food was exceptional the special was that good I said to put it on the menu 👌

The air conditioning was very poor in room 42. We have stayed here many times and never had an issue til this time
