The only draw back is you have to pay for parking here. However, breakfast and a cozy place trumps the drawback of the parking situation in my opinion.

Everyone was so nice. The front office people were amazing. I believe her name was Tracy. She was extremely kind and helpful with my stay her and helping with the shuttle

Hotel too old very dark lights in rooms no night lights No housekeeping daily worst breakfast in town

The hotel was great but when coming into the room my husband checked the bed and found two pairs of mens underwear stuffed underneath the bed

Everything was great, except for hard bed and soft thin pillows.

I liked the service but the room barely had any lights, dark room at night time

Be advised you have to pay for parking.

Plenty of parking but mechanism of paying was not convenient

It was a great experience. Pool & jacuzzi was kid friendly. Food had a variety of choices.

Overall, my stay was smooth and the location was convenient. Location was excellent too. I had the mountain view room….which included looking at Scottsdale Road, the hotel’s parking lot and 2 restaurants. The only drawback was an unidentifiable odor in the room that gave off a strong, masculine presence…similar to body odor. While it wasn’t overwhelming, it was noticeable upon entry and slightly unpleasant. The showerhead also had a a constant drip leak, but otherwise, the space served its purpose well.

Hotel was very clean. They had friendly staff. I would recommend staying at this location.

In a nice, safe area near lots of dining and shopping for an affordable price. However could definitely use some updating.
