the best hotel around here. There are clean cutlery and cooking utensils in the hotel. There is also an oven, but I haven't checked if it works. The firepower is weak, but it's still enough to cook. The bathroom has adequate water pressure and is clean. There is a big TV in the room and two hdmi ports. And it was convenient to fill in because there were quite a lot of outlets. It is convenient because there are narrow tables on the left and right sides of the bed and there are also outlets. There is a desk in front of the TV, which is quite large. It's big enough to put three delivery pizzas at once. The laundry room and gym are well maintained. Whenever I walked through the hallway or looked at the window, there was a person who used it every time. We have a small unmanned convenience store in the front. We sell the goods at a reasonable price. It's a really perfect hotel, but if there's only one downside, the Wi-Fi signal on the third floor is weak. However, this problem doesn't matter if you go to the second floor or the first floor.

조용한 곳에 위치, 직원들도 친절, 룸 상태도 청결 했습니다. 중간에 황당하게 파이프가 터졌다고 물이 두시간정도 단수가되었던 일 제외하고는 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다.

직원들이 친절하고 호텔 청결상태도 양호 하였습니다. 10일 동안 체류한 동안 불편함없이 잘 지냈습니다.

WiFi connectivity was terrible. Not a good place for remote work if you are dependent upon reliable internet. WiFi would cut out in 20 minute intervals for the solid week I was there. I had to go to alternative places like coffee shops near Great Park for reliable WiFi.

My fiancé and I loved. The room, bathroom, was very clean, the bed are really comfortable we will come back for sure thank you to all team Sonesta our stay was amazing .

There was good and bad about our stay. The room was comfortable, but maybe a little run down and outdated. I loved that it had a kitchenette area and was stocked with dishes, etc., The bed was comfortable. I guess the biggest surprise was that there was no room service. But it worked out ok. We just took soiled towels to front desk and they gave us clean ones and we could empty garbage at end of hall. All in all I enjoyed our stay there and would consider staying again because it was reasonably priced.

The service at the front desk was good and the room was excellent. The only negative was that there was no maid to refresh the room, so we had to go to the front desk for towels, Kleenex, and coffee packs on the second night. Maybe that is normal, but it surprised us.

This is the second review of Sonesta in 2 days. This particular hotel was upgraded and in a better condition than the “Orange County Airport” Sonesta. The bed and pillows were better than in hotels double the price. Truly delightfully comfy after a long day. This hotel chain is for super practical people who want a comfortable clean suite but don’t need too many fancy amenities. Location is boring in a rather industrial area and unfortunately surrounded by fast food places. Great value for a very decent stay. Breakfast was the only thing I missed.

Location for what we needed to do in the area. - The kitchen utensils could be improved; rusted or dull kitchen knifes. - No frypan(?) - No one in the reception oriented to the fact that they have small appliances a guest could use during stay: Blender, juicer, etc 🙁

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay without any frills. Great value at this prce point. Renovated. Clean. Convenient. Free laundry and affordable parking are great plus for this. Working kitchenet and gym are also great for longer stays

Arlene was amazing, I booked the wrong type of room and she helped me beyond expectations. I would definitely stay here again with my girls. Room was awesome. Wish they had lotion in the bathroom and trashcan but other then that it was a really good bank for your buck.
