Very durty, the parking, the hotel and the room. I found a dirty bloody tampon in my garbage. Our feet was black after 15 minutes walking on the floor.

The room was clean but it smelled like damp and cigarettes. It's not a place to sleep. The bathroom needed cleaning and the TV didn't work. The air conditioning smelled like cigarettes.

Worst hotel stay I've ever had. The hotel was dirty, smelled bad, and overall in very poor condition. No cooking supplies were available and that's a major reason to stay. The TV signal frequently dropped out. Overall, just absolutely terrible experience.

I like the fact that the location is about 20 to 30 min from the beaches.

Tub was cracked and funiture was old. AC was not working well.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been a pleasure.

Okay we tried to use our check in early refuse us. Okay the manager David and janitor went to lunch or off property didn’t care if our room got ready by 3. I believe they was short staffed the good thing the front desk lady Jeanie left desk while mgr. David was training another staff member not sure what her name was because no Gabe badge at all . Jeanie went and clean our room so my mother and I could have a room .

property is eco-friendly. the “sad part” is hallway doesn’t smell good. other than that, everything’s ok

At first the staff didn’t know how to check us in. Then the room was filthy. Crumbs, condiment packets, stains on bed, etc. We instantly decided to leave and was told to come back at 3am for a refund, which made now sense. The room didn’t look like the pictures posted. There were people drugged out working there and roaming the halls and several homeless people sleeping around the entrance and in the parking lot. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Was good over all, the building is just old and needs a remodel.

The staff at check in or check out were extremely kind! This was the best part of the stay, so thank you. However, the entire hallway and our rooms smelled terrible like a combination of marijuana and fried shrimp. The floors were dirty ;(. The area around the hotel was so-so, looked a little sketchy and unfortunately, the complementary breakfast consisted of hot water and oatmeal. We wont likely return

Pros about the hotel - we got a studio room and it had a microwave, stove, sink, and fridge which was convenient when we had leftovers. The hotel is close to the highway, so you can get on there quickly. Plus the staff was nice and catered to our requests (gave us extra towels). You do have to ask for silverware upon request. Cons about the hotel - the rooms were sub-par (floors, tub/shower) and staff doesn’t do well cleaning. The shower curtain smelled like mold. Ventilation was poor in the bathroom. Front desk said the towels are clean, but they are stained and look dirty. The breakfast is deceiving. We went down the first day and there was only three muffins with coffee and creamer was out. They only give muffins and coffee for breakfast and you have to go down really early before 7am if you want any snacks because they don’t restock. Hotel advertises coffee all day, but we didn’t see any coffee stations available.

Smelly hotel, that it needs a renovation. They called a table with coffe "inculded breakfast" Save your money and go somewhere else.
