Great place to stay at the price point. Staff could be a little better but everything else is great

This hotel had some qualities that were positive. Like the kitchen area with a pot and pan to cook with. But, there were baby roaches crawling around on the floor and then ran under the bed!! It was so disgusting that I couldn't sleep all night. The room smelled like mildew and felt muggy the whole time. Sweat from the moisture in the room absorbed into my husband's hat so then he could not wear it. It was a terrible stay. The staff or the one lady we talked to at the front desk was so rude during checkin made us feel unwelcome.

The hotel was a bargain. It was new and clean. Staff was especially friendly and helpful. Front desk clerk Alena in particular was friendly and helpful.
