Fast check in, clean rooms, and a wonderful breakfast!

The beds were not comfortable. But we've stayed here before and everything else meets our expectations

This was a great place to stay for our mini spring break getaway. Loved Eagan and close enough to MOA. Rooms were extremely spacious, pillows comfortable, beds slightly firm. Overall great place for a family!

Our daughter and I broke out from the pool. The chlorine level was too high (you shouldn't be able to smell chlorine). We tried to speak with someone at the desk regarding it but no one was there when we checked out (we waited about 10 minutes). Breakfast was average. Beds firm, but that is a more personal preference thing.

Nice place, pool was small but the kids didn’t mind.

There were aunts in our room. Notified front desk and they said there was nothing they can do about it and they didn’t have another room to switch us too. Got told they would give us a discount and never got one.

Close to destination

Nice quiet location that is clean & modern with good breakfast options.

The bathrooms need a duct

Nice room for 5 people. Comfortable coach bed. Not at pull-out bed.

We loved our stay staff is kind rooms are spavious. A few negatives the loud people slamming doors across the way and the over an hour wait on a shuttle when we were told 20 minutes and had to call repeatedly as we were all freezing.

Good wifi great breakfast

Great hotel, beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff was very plesant and responded right away when we asked for wxtra towels and blankets.

Gym has lots of broken/not functioning equipment

Staff was so friendly, room was amazing, pool and hottub were clean-but the floor in pool area was tile and so slippery when when. Our 3 year old slipped and fell several times. Breakfast was also delicious. Would stay again.

It was clean.

Parking lot was kind of a mess, doesn’t look like it had been cleaned after recent snow so a lot of parking spots where for full of slushy sloppy snow yet, sidewalks were slippery in a few spots. Hockey tournament weekend so there were a lot of young kids running around screaming and large groups of people visiting in the lobby area and it was very loud from our room right outside the breakfast area. Other kids throwing snow from the patio in the pool, towels and gum in the pool from a group of kids as well. Breakfast was ok, just not a lot of options. Hotel itself was fine for the most part.

Service was impeccable!! Would highly recommend! Clean, quiet and great amenities!

Room was quiet. Stayed on a Tuesday. Bathroom had hair in tub and on counter. Breakfast was good area clean. Wall paper falling from public area.
