전체 평가 및 리뷰 Ambassador Hotel

위치는 빈의 번화가 중심에 있어서 도보로 갈수있는곳도 많고 트램타러 가기도 편하고 위치는 좋았고 세면대 2개, 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어있어 좋았습니다. 하지만 객실의 비품은 (포트, 커피 or 티 컵, 슬리퍼)등은 비치되어있지않고 리셉션에 말해야 가져가 주는 건 조금 번거로웠습니다.

really good location and nice staff. But, This hotel is a little old and needs to be more cleaned. Everything was good for us.

이렇게 큰공사를 하는데 공사 바로 보이는 방을 주다니.. 아침7시부터 저녁7시까지 때리 뿌시는 소리가 나요. 화장실도 이상한 냄새가 나고.. 옆방 대화하는 소리, 세면대소리, 물내리는 소리가 우리 화장실보다 크게 들립니다. 별4개 호텔이 맞기나한건지.. 위치만 좋네요.

The location of hotel is good. However, service is terrible. Room cleaning services are so terrible. They did not clean my room floor. And not clean bed sheet. They just arranged the pillow and blankets. There are some dust on tables and bed frame. Also, they did not clean my room until 4 p.m. and there are not enough amenity. Also, because room was not clean, after using a bed we got a skin allergy. Except location, all of the hotel facilities and service was the most terrible. I do not recommend this hotel.

위치가 최고 룸도 넓고 깔끔함

고풍스런 디자인의 호텔입니다. 지하철이 가까워서 이동이 좋았고 쇼핑과 맛집, 관광명소가 걸어서 모두 가능한 곳이라 너무 편하고 좋았습니다.

위치는 좋았으나, 샤워시설은 많이 아쉅습니다.

배정받은 방이 1층 bar가 있는 바로 옆방이어서 불편한 점, 일일 주차료가 34유로, 발렛파킹이어서 하루 한번 이상 추가적으로 차를 꺼낼 경우 17유로 정도를 더 내야 하는 점이 별로였음. 하지만 1구에 위치한 호텔이이서 관광 쇼핑 식사 등에는 매우 편리했음. 매일 아침 빠르게 청소를 해주는 점도 좋았음.

시내중심지여서 쇼핑.식당.관광 모두 만족스럽다.

매우 만족하였지만 한가지 방음이 잘 안되었다.

It was a bit nice place. The space was a bit spacious. The location was also good. Wifi status was a bit nice. I think hotel was nice. Parking fee is a bit expensive, but you can find public parking place 400m by walking. They let you park the car in front of hotel to unload luggage.

5성 호텔이라고 하기엔많이 부족한 부분이 있습니다.

좋고 청결하고 주변 쇼핑시설 잘 되어있음. 지하철역 가까이에 있어서 이동시에 편리함.

주변 환경이 좋습니다. 쇼핑 밀집 지역에다가 유명한 성당이 있고 전 철역과 가까우며 다른 지역으로 이용시 좋습니다.

객실 :침구류는 깨끗한 편이긴 하나 가구와 인테리어는 70년대 유럽영화에 나오는 수준입니다.절대 별5개 아니고 별3개 수준입니다. 객실위치에 따라 금연룸이어도 레스토랑에서 들어오는 담배냄새때문에 고생하실수 있습니다. 위치 : 주요 관광지를 걸어서 다닐수 있고 쇼핑거리에 위치에 있어서 편리합니다. 좋은위치에 있어서 가격이 시설에 비해 두배이상 비싸고 위치말고는 어떠한 서비스를 기대안하시는게 좋을거 같습니다.

최고의 위치 서비스 정말 만족했던 호텔입니다.

We had an amazing stay, the hotel is located right in the prestigious center of Vienna. Clean and accessible to everyone. We were treated to a small gift of chocolate for our birthday and wedding anniversary. It's a real shame and regret that there is no kettle for hot water in the room for tea or coffee, I had to ask for it specially. I will definitely return to the hotel

five star service

Very central, beautifully quiet among magnificent buildings. Superb lift system. No evening restaurant service but a multiplicity of great restaurants within easy walking distance.
