Very,very good!

2020/03/17 2박 예약이었습니다. 코로나바이러스유행으로 여행을 안하게되어서, 숙박예약 취소하고 환불을 요청하였습니다. 답변은 자기네는 취소환불 불가한 예약이하서, 손해는 가입한 보험사가 있으면 그쪽으로 연락을 하라더군요. 메일 3번보고 받은 이후에야, 받은 답변이 이랬습니다. Hotels.com 공지에 따르면, 03/20이후 예약분은 모두 취소환불 가능하다고 하네요

It was great experience for staying with this old building just like an old castle. Only thing to miss was no house phone in the room was equipped.

Die Zimmer waren groß. Roomservice hatten wir nicht - den müsste man extra bestellen - war aber OK. Leider keine Klima-Anlage, aber wir wollten es ja mittelalterlich. Sehr hundefreundlich. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

Perfect stopover on the Loire

The property would have benefited from some makeover especially with air conditioning. There was nothing to stop the mosquitoes from entering the room. The rooms we had were large and spacious. Breakfast was ok and dinner was subpar. The meals were not cheap either.

El desayuno a la carta es muy bueno. La disponibilidad de espacios para cenar es muy limitada. El sitio de Expedia no es claro que hay habitaciones fuera del edificio principal, que no tienen elevador y resulta muy complicado acceder a ellas con equipaje.

非常重要：此古堡酒店沒有空調。優秀之處：房間非常漂亮，交通方便適合沒有駕駛執照的旅行者，番茄紀念品店的員工很友善，番茄商品質量很好。但是沒有空調，房間於晚上熱得如同烤箱，即使開窗也沒法散熱。我有呼吸道疾病，因此一直咳嗽。古堡戶外反而更涼。接待處職員提供的一把電風扇也沒有作用。由於鄰近森林，開窗後吸引大量蚊子，我被咬了十多口。6月的房間售價200歐而獲得此體驗，並不舒適。只推薦秋冬時訪問

Underbar natur och en fantastisk tomat odling och shop. Härligt stora rum.

A real chateau. Huge bedroom and bathroom. Gorgeous lounge plus a big wooded area for walks. They also have a pool but I didn’t use it. No fridge or safe in the room. Not air conditioned but they provide a fan. Full of history with medieval ruins and 18th century manor house. Great place but I wouldn’t stay in summer because of the lack of air conditioning.

It was an honor to stay in this beautiful castle in France. Pulling up to the entrance felt like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was a dream come true to sleep in our beautiful bedroom and to wake up in this gorgeous castle. The grounds were also beautifully maintained and forest was peaceful.

The hotel was nice, the room too, the only thing that they can improve is the breakfast, they have just one person attending, so the coffee and chocolate was cold. The lady was nice but she was alone doing everything.
