They hotel was under renovation and the lounge was "make shift" and the elevator area was under renovation as well. Also noted at $400 a night there is NOTHING provided such as a few complementary bottled waters in the room. The location is great for the convention center.

Great stay. Amazing staff. Was under renovations but we knew that at time of booking. The work being done didn't effect our stay. In fact all the trades people working where very polite and courteous. Highly recommend this property.

The pillows that were in our room were atrocious.They were extremely lumpy. The bath towels were extremely rough. Not a good experience after taking a shower. Last at 9:00 am the cleaning department was at our door to clean our room. My husband come to the Indianapolis quite frequently but not sure if you stay at your hotel again or recommend it to others. Thank you

Great place!!

Property has great potential. It's under construction right now 02/2025, so there is lots of plastic, dust and noise. Hard to get to dining area. Plumbing was an issue too because bathtub had water in it when we arrived. And room must have been outdated compared to ones on website. Toilet slow to flush. Event stays are twice as much as normal. I thought we would be staying in train cart because that's what i viewed when booking but you have to specifically ask for that according to staff. So make a special request if you want that experience. Staff was super friendly.

Everything was great. The only problems we encountered was a wet spot on the carpet by the bathroom which may have been attributed to a possible leak. We reported it to the front desk. Our TV would lose reception on a few of the stations we tried to watch which was a small inconvenience. Other than that we and our grandchildren had a wonderful time.

Lots of construction going on.

Would definitely recommend this place first time in Indianapolis definitely not our last

Property is undergoing a complete renovation. It was a construction zone.

The property is under renovation. Very noisy! Construction workers are rude and let plaster fall on my head. Stay away from this hotel until its finished. They should not charge full price for such a bad environment.

Very convenient for Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana Convention Center

Location was great for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Price was good - construction outside necessitated valet parking ($50). Construction going on inside the hotel, but it was done and quiet by evening. The room was a decent size, but no in-room safe. Also, there had clearly been some repair done in the bathroom - door knob, toilet flusher were coated in something cloudy and gritty, like some compound hadn’t been completely washed off. Grit left in the slow-draining tub. Water was leaking through cracked tiles in shower wall. Room smelled like chemicals when we entered. Thermostat set to AC 60F in Feb? Staff was very friendly. Beds were new and very comfortable. Nice crisp sheets, not like some hotels that have those knit sheets that I don’t like.

The hotel was great and will likely earn a 5 star from me if i were to return. However, at this time the hotel is undergoiing major construction. Which in and of itself wouldn't bother me. But Saturday morning at 8am we were awakened by sawing, hammering, and the sounds of other heavy construction in the corridor outside our window. Because of this, we cut our stay short and left to find peace and quiet.

I called the day before to make sure that guests would be able to valet park since a concert was next door at the stadium (also why we were there). I was assured that there would be no problem. When we arrived we were told that there were no valet spots available and we’d have to find our own parking several blocks away. When I asked the desk clerk about what we’d been told, she said that several guests had appeared with more than one car (?) and they weren’t expecting that. She also told us that there was an inside passageway to the venue so we wouldn’t need to go outside and therefore wouldn’t need our coats. Wrong. The room itself was fine—nothing special. But the service left a lot to be desired.

Reserved the hotel based on others positive reviews and proximity to where we needed to be….little did I know a complete renovation is being done inside hotel and outside around hotel during my stay til arrival. Once everything is said and done, it will be great I assume, but currently know in its condition and work being done I’d have to pass and book somewhere else. Arrival was difficult due to construction and signs, barrels, equipment every where. Only one entre door was available and then depending time of day what part of lobby you could walk thru/around due to wet paint and construction tape. Had window in room, but could not see out due to paint and construction so it was taped up all weekend. Key card reader on door took multiple times too work to enter room. Quick call on phones did not work due to construction so everything had to be called in to front desk. We were let known in advance, but did not have water for a short amount of time at lunch time on a Saturday due to construction. Again place was nice and service was good from staff lobby and room tenants, but couldn’t fully enjoy with construction every where inside. Would wait a good amount of time before booking hoping that work is completed

The hotel was very convenient close to Lucas oil stadium. Just a short walk a little disappointed because hotel was under construction, a little bit of construction noise and I would not have stayed here if I would’ve known about the construction.

The noise of the was pretty rough and the ambiance wasn’t amazing when the construction but it was a nice hotel otherwise

I don’t typically do reviews like this, but I want to make sure I let people know that if you have any other option possible, choose a different hotel.

Nice hotel but I’m envious of the traincar rooms. Next time! It’s a great home base for the Indy marathon.

Good stay, friendly staff, prime location, major renovations going on right now at the hotel. I bet it'll be amazing when it's done but a little hectic inside right now. Stayed in a train car room which was cool but novelty wore off quickly. Had a few minor issues that the staff took care of in a timely mannor but the room felt a little cramped/not super functional. I would definitely stay here again but try a different room.
