Washroom door is out of order and won't close.

Considering the pricing, this is a ok hotel for me. Having said that, this place is near the road and railways, so a bit noisy.

Wouldn’t stay again.

It was ok clean. But it is very old hotel and needs Reno.

The room was dirty and very rundown (moldy bathroom, toilet holder broken, room smelled of smoke and mold, floor was dirty). The windows did not have a privacy sheer, so we had to leave the heavy curtains closed all the time - which made the room very dark and the lighting was sparse. The windows were single pane glass and did not have screens. There was no lock on the window - only a small stick to keep out intruders. Coffee area did not supply sugar or creamer. When I asked for them to supply it, I was told to come to the lobby and get a coffee. Eventually they did bring the requests on the 2nd day. We paid $220 per night.

Clean room, friendly staff

The property is a nice budget friendly option. The heated pool was such a treat for my family. The microwave and mini fridge were a nice bonus. The room itself was a bit run down. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the showehead sprayed everywhere when we moved it, knicks and scuffs were on the walls throughout and even on some of the furniture. We could turn on the tv, but we couldn't find interesting channels because the remote didn't work. It was hard for the kids not to have cartoons all weekend. Fortunately the free wifi was good and they could watch stuff on our phones. We loved the layout for room. I was able to create a sleeping nook on the floor for my toddler and she slept great. Oh and the beds were super hard. We missed our bed back home. So overall the room met our functional, budget friendly needs, but if we could we would choose another hotel.

The room was very noisy and bathroom had mold. Every morning at 7.30 ,two bus loads of workers would gather under our window to recieve their orders for the day. Never used the restaurant so cant comment on that. Would never stay here again.

We checked-in in a room without shower curtain

A/C did not work property and room was stuffy and hot. Shower was gross. Overall room was very dated and not very well maintained. Very disappointing. Would definitely spend more for a better hotel.

Well maintain old building, keeping it very cleaned! We like staying in Coquitlam because we can visit friends!

Linens changed every 3 days. Showerhead was poor and leaky. Bathtub water backed up in the tub. Location was great, and there was a restaurant next door.

very disappointed in the property. Sad what passes for a Ramada these days. Room was barely cleaned, garbage under the bed, hair everywhere. Just a disappointing experience all around.

Parking was adequate.

Positive : Bed was comfortable. One staff member was fine. Negative: Another staff member was rude and unhelpful when we asked for face cloths that were missing from our room. Floor was not clean; white socks did not stay white. Rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear the next door neighbour's every word. No elevator. So be prepared if you're on the second floor.

Checking in and checkout were super easy

I rented mainly because it had a pool and hot tub but the hot tub looked a little dirty. That was a bit of a turnoff. The pillows really sucked. And all night I could hear a train whistle going cuz I had to leave my window open a little bit but that is not the hotels fault. I did like that it was close to a lot of stores that I enjoyed visiting
