Pretty good

I loved the room and bathroom. Very convenient parking and hotel accessibility. Also very close to a lot of popular stores. Hotel staff was okay. Would book again/recommend to others.

Nice hotel with comfy beds. Extra layer of security requiring guests to scan key card in elevator. Friendly staff

Only suitable for very short stay for people who have cars. Only available transport is Auber.

I want to give a shoutout to a front desk guy that went above and beyond!! We have a little trouble with our credit card because we forgot to let our bank about going outside of USA. This guy was very patient and did everything in his power to help us. We are really grateful for people like him. He is slim, dark skin guy.

Thanks to the gentleman at the front desk (i didn't see his name tag - wasn't wearing my glasses) :) .. for making the check in process easy .. he was friendly and very courteous.. and i appreciate the conversation ..

Staff was friendly and amenities were clean. I wanted a room with 2 beds that had an accessible bath but unfortunately the rooms that had accessible baths only had one bed.

Highlights for us were: - Lovely staff. Reception, room service, restaurant... All staff was particularly nice and welcoming. - Breakfast was excellent. - Pool was very well heated. We stayed 5 days and we were very comfortable.

Front desk staff was friendly and patient. Room cleanliness was above average. Safe area, near to coffee shops and some restaurants, down the street from a shopping mall.

The staff there don’t tell you the whole thing what includes in your package if u don’t know and also they used my id for sign in without my permission don’t even ask this was really terrable experience for me in this hotel else every where is better
