C’était très bien j’ai trop aimé

The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better.

Room was clean and comfortable, only got to see two staff members and they were great. Pretty quiet hotel, private parking.

Overall, my stay here was okay. The room didn’t appear through clean, as cushions were thrown into the closet. The only positive was how quick check-in was.

A bit dated, but I believe it's under a renovation process. Large rooms and good amenities. Good value for the money.

Literie et déco vieillotte. Indication peut Claire entre parking et hôtel. Prix de pdj trop élevé.

It's very close to HEC. Price is reasonable and room is clean and big.

We went for our sons graduation ceremony. Rooms were big, brigth and very comfortables. Breakfast was really good !

La chambre est sympa, avec un frigo, une bouteille d'eau d'accueil, du rangement et un bon wifi. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle et la literie trop ferme. Parking gratuit a seulement 3 minutes à pieds (dommage que celui de l'hôtel soit payant). Le sauna est bien chaud mais on y était dans le noir (lumière à remplacer) et il serait bien d'ajouter une fontaine à eau dans la salle de sport/sauna. La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée à 17h45 mais les femmes de ménage ont été très aimable et se sont dépêché de terminer pour ne pas trop nous faire attendre.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben! Gutes Frühstück.

Pas top pour un 4*. Chambre petite et vieillissante.
