전체 평가 및 리뷰 Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Guadalajara-Centro Historico by IHG

I traveled with my wife and 12 yoa son. We loved how the rooms were spacious and also how the staff was very accommodating. A few issues we noticed was the our room didn’t have a mini fridge and the couple we travelled with had one in theirs. Also, we had to ask for additional towels because our room had two when it was for up to four people. Other than that, we had no issues.

Son dos elevadores y son muy lentos, ojala pudieran revisarlos.

Estacionamiento pequeño pero seguro, el resto del hotel está muy bien

Muy buen ubicación, céntrica, muy buen servicio, recepción, y personal, los cuartos limpios, loq no me NO me gustó fue el establecimiento muy pequeño, cuando salimos fuera ,a un tours q ya regresamos ya no había estacionamiento, tuvimos q pagar , en otro lugar , y creo q no es gusto , porque dice estacionamiento gratis..

Terrible!!! They do not have enough parking space. (Actually only 20 small places and they have more than 70 Rooms). So when I arrived really tired after 6 hrs drivng they told me there was no parking left and that I should go and find a parking lot open somewhere around. Obviously I have to pay for the time the car was in there (a higher rate than usual because of the time of my arrival ). I had to hurry up taking my car there because they close at 11pm and I wouldnt be able to take my car out until the day at 9am. Finally when I get the room, The TV didnt work. They try to fix it 3 times but it didnt work. They moved me to another room in which the shower didnt work. As you can see a nightmare!!!

Muy buen servicio y todo cerca

Es una habitación muy cara para que no se renueven constantemente, sus toallas estan extremadamente percudidas y si no... estan más negras y manchadas que blancas. La mesa rota, el sillon extremadamente hundido, le falta mucho mantenimiento

Excelente ubicación,trato amable,desayuno muy sabroso

La habitación fué cómoda, estuvimos en una que contaba con sillón, mesa para comer con dos sillas, y mesa de centro, además de cama king size. Muy cómodo y buen espacio. El.restaurante es bueno, nos ayudó a poder ahorrar tiempo en días que no podíamos salir a desayunar a un lugar exterior. El servicio de limpieza faltó un par de días por qué no se adaptaron al tiempo que la habitación estuvo sola, sino en orden de número de habitación. En general bien, si volvería a rentar allí.

La habitación era espaciosa, camas cómodas. Pero el a/a se apagaba en algún momento de la madrugada, el agua del baño olia muy raro como a tuberia sucia o recien arreglada, las toallas tenían aroma a humedad o un suavizante muy “basico” y la televisión no era smart.

The staff at the property were wonderful and helpful. The hotel itself is a little older but the location is amazing. Quiet stay even though our room faced Juarez.
