위치가 좋아요! 조식도 좋고. 꼭대기 층에 배정 받아서 뷰도 좋았어요!

매우 친절한 직원과 큰 방, 위치도 환상이고 가격도 싸서 여행 중 손에 꼽는 좋은 호텔입니다 1박만 한게 아쉬워서 다음에도 포르투 온다면 여기 묵을 생각

위치가 상벤토역 근처 위,동루이스다리와 가까워서 다니기 좋고,다니다가 오후에 잠깐와서 쉬웠다가 아침저녁으로 발코니에서 보는 전경도 너무 예술입니다 아침 조식도 빵이 다양해서 맛있고 깔끔!해요

상벤투역에서 5분정도, 볼량시장에서도 7분정도? 걸렸던거 같아요. 일단 위치가 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 청소도 깨끗하게 잘 되어있고, 방 조명도 백색 조명이어서 밝은 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 방은 약간 작은 편이어서 캐리어 열고 닫기 조금 불편했던 것만 빼면 다른 점은 다 만족스러웠고, 조식은 빵이랑 오믈렛, 과일, 시리얼 정도 있었는데 종류는 많지 않아도 맛있게 잘 먹을 수 있었습니다.

커튼 침대와 주방이 좋아요

첫째는 직원분이 너무 친절하셔서 너무 좋았어요~ 지도 보시면서 이곳저곳 설명도 잘 해주시고 농담도 하면서 친근하게 해주셨어요. 그리고 방은 큰편은 아니고 좀 작은편이지만 아늑하고 좋았어요. 가격대비 좋았던것 같아요.

You have to walk for a while from the station. It took 2 minutes from the bus station. The room was clean and the receptionist was kind.

I like almost everything, staffs from dinning could be a little friendlier. Some treats us like we are eating free. Breakfast is included in the stays

Overall okay standard hotel for the price. Although there were crumbs in some of the drawers and a bag from a bakery from a previous guest in another drawer. Furthermore, they claim they have free wifi but the connection was very bad and we were not able to load most websites. The water dispenser in the lobby was a welcome feature though.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo de tudo, fizemos a maioria dos pontos turísticos andando. Café da manhã delicioso e bem variado para todos os gostos. Funcionários bem atenciosos. Quartos arejados e limpos

This was an ok hotel. We couldn’t get the safe to work and the mattress was way too soft. Otherwise it was fine as we really only used it to sleep.

Endroit bruyant le soir. Pas d’ouverture à accéder à notre chambre en avance sur l’heure prévue, aucune flexibilité. Je recommande pas l’endroit.

Ótima localização e atendimento. Confortável, limpo e com um excelente café da manhã.

the location was good, but no fridge & closing door was so hard & noisy. staff where not very friendly

Front desk staff were not only unfriendly, they were unapproachable. We encountered numerous clerks and each one made us feel we were bothering them and we were reluctant to ask questions. The information they provided regarding nearby sights and restaurants was minimal and we were even directed to a restaurant that had a 2 hour wait and we were not advised that a reservation would be recommended. As a VIP perk we were given a bottle of wine to take to our room, but the bartender was not cooperative to give us 2 wine glasses! Very disappointed and we would not recommend this hotel.
