The first day and a half were miserable. The hotel is old. The rooms small and very noisy. I had to move room after day 2, the manager was helpful. One good thing were the fish tocos from the bar. But if I can help it, I will never stay there again. Terrible

All staff was so friendly and accommodating from getting early check in, upgraded room, late check out and ride to airport

Good stay clean and nice

Does not have EV charger like it states on their website. Rooms are big and a good size. Bed squeaks with a little movement

Needs to change mattress in the sofa bed!

Overall our stay was good. Room was as described and clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved having a balcony to sit on while drinking coffee or an evening cocktail. Need to have microwaves in the room and a regular coffee maker. The Keurig only came with 2 pods for a weekend stay. The shower trim was coming apart and every time we opened the doors more grout would crumble off. Our room door was out of alignment so you could really hear everything in the hallway. Our last morning there we were woken at 6:15am by someone in the room next door screaming at someone on the phone. That went in for about 20 min. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was extremely slow coming from the kitchen. They said they were really busy for the holiday weekend and just backed up. We should’ve just opted for the buffet so we didn’t wait half an hour for our food. We did do the BBQ buffet for dinner and that was really good. They do have chairs and umbrellas for rent. The pool area is kinda small for the size of the hotel and they need to have staff clearing used towels left behind so other guests know the chairs are empty. Although the guests should clean up after themselves but that doesn’t always happen. $20 a night for valet parking is high although they don’t up charge for coming and going. Enjoyed listening to the band and watching people light fireworks our last night there.

Struggling with housekeeping, otherwise delightful. If you have the option to prepay, do. I was charged extra unexpected resort fees and parking charges in excess of the Hotels.com amount. Parking was $20 per night whether or not I used the valet.

Didn’t like seperate outside access room. Elevator was very slow.

When we got there was busy. Ocean view was limited, manager asked if we were comfortable. I expressed what I thought and the following day, we were moved to a different room with ocean view. Room was serviced everyday. Nice staff , very corteous ! Kept communication actively every day during our stay. Over all , great experience!

Paid for oceanfront view was placed in a room where the view was obstructed by a tiki bar. We were moved to another room which was still on 2nd floor outside of the bar. Website did not detail that the hotel turns into a club on weekends music was loud on patio deck by restaurant could hear through hotel room and child could not nap. There were drunk people everywhere with access to hotel pool area with no type of security. Have drunk people from restaurant walking around hotel areas along with excessive loud music you could hear clearly through your room. Did not feel safe. Door locks barely worked had to maneuver door certain way for door to lock. Housekeeping was to be daily service and we did not receive had to ask front desk to service the room. When our room was finally serviced the next day they only replaced our towels and not bed sheets only made the bed. Did not clean bathroom at all. Overall the security and the safety is poor. And do not recommend for families with children of traveling on weekend. No access to your car as it is valet parking only and the parking lot is across the street! Was not a accommodating hotel and not kid friendly due to the amount of noise and inappropriate non hotel guests wondering around. Not a family friendly hotel more for the party goers and the cleanliness was poor.

Staff was excellent very friendly & kind. Just the phone didn’t work, the tub drained very slow, & toilet handle was swinging around.
