Well let me tell u. We called to inform on our delayed arrival. Got there at 2am to be told they put us as no shows. Lady got us bac un yhe system got to our rooms n it was horrible. We had no pillows window curtain was broken n didnt close all the way n cant see if pple are staring in ur room as pple walking round all night. bathroom ceiling was dripping nold in the bathroom and refused to use it..paint on wall by the bed was peeled off. 1 old little recliner chair facing the tv..if ur laying on the hed u cant see the tv how tgey have it positioned. Outside the refrigerator was well rusted hut inside was very clean..didnt check any of the other appliances cause we wasnt going to stay there. My brothers room was INFESTED WITH ROACHES...they were up all night killing roaches. Asked to switch rooms and they said we had to wait until the manager gets in at 8am. Checked out 1st thing in the morning n got a refund for the remaining days...booked rooms with a different hotel that was WAY BETTER....DONT WASTE UR TIME N MONEY GOING THERE. N there were sketchy pple walking the halls 3am in the morning..

Stinks the floor was not clean roaches they don’t have clean towels you have to wait until they wash the towels they don’t have ice machine and don’t have saucepans

Cockroaches everywhere and rude staff and they charged my account 250 extra with no authorization

Rooms are destroyed and old. The odor of the carpet in all common areas is noticeable. Management allowed us to change to a less terrible room but this property should not be taking reservations until a full renovation.

Lizards in one room. Switched to a room with roaches on the wall, floors and Lights and has a dirty urine smell. Trash throughout the hallway floors and elevators. Terrible hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE

It was the worst day I've ever encountered there was so much mold in the bathroom I could not let my son take baths nor myself there was bodily fluids on the toilet and they won't refund my money which is a shame it's insane they want you to pay over $100 a night for a room to live or sleep in such disgusting conditions Anders bugs

Room was amazing and so was check in but the hotel smelled like dog pee and dogs constantly parking. There were cops on our floor as well looking for people

The property was disgusting, Filthy, dirty, and smelly. We looked at 10 rooms, one worse than the other missing TVs, beds soiled, bugs missing or broken couches. This was a nightmare hotel. At one point one of the rooms we checked out had literally water pouring into the first floor bedroom soaking the mattress on the bed . I kid you not. This was the worst hotel I'd ever. Do not recommend this to anyone. I was there for a few hours before I checked out and demanded a refund. Travelocity was good enough to give me one and we were able to book a much better more suitable hotel at the last minute. Thank God. My whole vacation could have been ruined because of this horrific place.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. My Vacation was almost ruined. The pictures on the website are not accurate. Bugs disgusting mattresses dirty missing beds, TVs, and couches!!! No towels. We went through 10 rooms to find something that could accommodate us. One was more disgusting. In one room on the first floor water was pouring in and dripping all over the bed. We were there about 2 hours before we checked out and requested a refund. Travelocity take this off your site and do not let anyone else experience this horrific hotel. I should have taken pictures of this horror show, but I did not. I was just trying to get into another hotel for our family vacation that I'd planned for over a year.

Every room had cockroaches and broken furniture and damaged pipes. Horrible stay. Please don’t stay here.

My visit was to go to Epic. I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It smelled clean at first, but after a few hours, it smelled like a wet dog. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs, also every movement the bed would screech. There was water damage to the bathroom wall next to the toilet and i killed a roach in the tub. There was balls of dog hair in the sleeper sofa and dog hair along the edges of the wall.

The was literally bugs in the inside windows, a live spider on the bed, stains all over the carpet and sticky floors in the bath room. The smell of marijuana.was very strong in the hall way and the “non” smoking room reeked of smoke. I asked for another room and the one I was sent to had some one in it! It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We didn’t even stay the night. It was

The hallways were completely dirty. My room was filthy dirty! The carpet seems like it never was clean for years. The bathroom was dirty everywhere from the door to the floor. In the morning when I woke up, I had a small cockroache walking on top of my blanket. I do not recommend to people never stay there. What a nightmare!
