클래식한 호텔 분위기는 좋았지만, 방이 너무 좁았어요. 조식 먹는 식당은 청결하고 클래식한 분위기에 친절한 직원들의 접객이 무척 마음에 들었어요^^

La chambre est très propre, à l’exception des toilettes sur lesquels apparaissait des traces douteuses… Après contact avec la réception, ils ont été très réactif et sont venus nettoyer rapidement. J’aimais un bémol concernant l’état général, bien que joliment décoré, la chambre, mériterait d’être rafraîchi. Évier, fondu, retouche de peinture, trop visible,

Extremely friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. Rooms are terrible. This hotel needs a renovation. I do not for a second think this is a 5-star hotel, more like 4 star place. Good location. If you come in and sleep and depart, it's ok.

Badeværelset er lidt slidt og bruseren i badekaret er meget lav (jeg er 178cm). Centralt placeret og rigtig god service.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. All furniture chipped, the room smelled like cigarette, the bathroom was awful: poor tiling, toilet seat from a different model, everything in a vibe of a 1 star hotel from the 1990's... terrible

Clean room , very good breakfast, outstanding staff … except for the front desk.Front desk is quite aloof and could not care less.

Everything was perfect! The location is very central, within walking distance of the attractions and shopping streets. We loved the design of the hotel - the lobby, the corridors, the room and the restaurant. The room is spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. All the time we were surrounded by staff members who gave perfect service. We would love to come back!

Pros: prime location, great staff. Quiet room, perfect breakfast. Cons: old mattress with pits and uneven surface. Couldn't close windows due to old latches. Bathtub/shower is too tiny to comfortably take a shower. Drain is clogged. Difficult to wash without water flowing all around.
