Great location, near Myeongdong Street, room is clean and huge. Will come back again.

This is a 5 star hotel. Service was excellent. Language was not a problem for a foreigner. Breakfast was good but needed variety since we were there for 4 nights.

The stay wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, given that Lotte Seoul is supposedly a 5-star luxury hotel. The decoration is dated but the most glaring was really the bathroom. The washbasin and vanity area is unusually low. I'm only 1.68 m tall and I can't reach the tap without bending over, let alone my husband who is 1.85 m. We had backache brushing our teeth and washing our face/hands over the 3 days we stayed. Clearly, it's a design flaw. Each day, we were only given 2 small bottles of water and had to request for more every time. The cold water was trickling even when turned on full. Curtains had gaps and holes which did not black out the room. I stayed at room 1926. It is a far cry and huge drop in standard from other hotel, which I had moved from after my business trip, thinking I wanted to move closer to town during my vacation. Disappointed for the price we paid and reputation of Lotte Seoul. Felt like a 90s hotel in need of a major spruce-up.

Room are superb and clean, the view also good. The staff are friendly, near lotte mall too and train station. Myeondong shopping street is just cross the road ❤.

The location was the best was for me since I just go to the night market and eat. The mall at the bottom helps a lot too for grabbing breakfast or desserts and the duty free shops. The room was clean and the service was satisfying. The downfall is the room is SMALL for me and my husband, I was surprised. The bathroom shower flooded every time we showered. The view was not great since its in the middle of the city. Pay attention to the size of the room.

Pelayanan sangat baik. Dari front office, bagian penitipan bagasi, doorman, pelayanan memanggil taksi. Check in mudah, check out cepat, kamar bersih walau kecil. Keseluruhan pengalaman menginap menyenangkan.

Good Fitness Centre. Remember to bring your own tooth brush and paste.

Hotel sangat bersih dan lokasinya sangat strategis. 200 meter ke myeongdong dan connecting dengan subway di basementnya. Connecting juga dengan lotte department store dan star avenue.

Wonderful hotel with strategic location, room is clean and staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is good, it's just the menu never change, so having the same menu everyday can be quite daunting. But all in all we are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back if we plan to have a trip back to Korea.

Staff considered not friendly, comparing to other hotel. No bother to have eye contact with us. Ok this is my 14th visit to seoul, will choose other hotel rather lotte seoul

롯데 서울에 묵는 동안 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 객실은 정말 편안하고 아늑했습니다. 특히 여성분들에게요. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨습니다.

정말 친절한 직원과 깨끗한 객실. 헬스장, 사우나, 골프 연습장이 마음에 들어요. 위치가 쇼핑센터와 가까워서 더 좋았어요. 꼭 다시 예약할 거예요!

The location, food, friendlyness of staff all are great. I cancel my last day after booking 7 days by the application because of my change schedule, but the hotel didn't charge me any cent for the cancellation. Thanks for the great service.

Bathroom was a bit dirty. There was a blood stain on the toilet seat.

great hotel, the room is spacious, the toilet is one of those smart Japanese toilets, the bed is comfortable, and the location is in the heart Myeongdong. perfect for vacation or business trip. the lunch buffet is also amazing, so many seafood options including abalone
