전체 평가 및 리뷰 Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites Naples Downtown-5th Ave S

We checked out after the first night, when we walked into the room we saw roaches on the side of the bed. It’s Florida, so they’re everywhere but it gave my wife the creeps and she couldn’t sleep there.

Súper espectacular

The property is in good condition. The room was clean and big. We enjoyed everything: close to the beach, Downtown, and restaurants. The pool was awesome.

Los apartments (suites ) estan en muy buenas condiciones y el personal de la reception muy amable , recomiendo el hotel y con gusto mi familia y yo lo vooveriamos a rentar que conste que venimos de Georgia 10/10

POOR CONDITIONS

Very confortable

We needed a place to stay after driving thru the everglades and nothing available. The guy at check in was very nice and check in was very easy room was spacious and love the screened in porch

Great hotel in a convenient location!

Toilet was broken. There was a roach inside of my bathroom as soon as I walked in. Expedia claimed that this was a better property versus the one I had to cancel. Area around the hotel was sketchy. I don’t recommend.

There was a strong carbon smoking smelling at the place.

Todo me gusto , solo que están falta de avituallamiento para esas fechas de muchas reservas por el fin de semana largo

I had a good time staying here. The costumer service was good, I had to reach out to them every day, especially because they gave the pool towels at the front desk and they treated me very nicely and with respect. It is a pet-friendly facility and I saw a lot of fur friends around. The location is excellent, 5-20 min to go almost everywhere around there and 30 min to get to Marco Island. I highly recommend it.

El servicio está muy malo , éramos 5 personas y solo pusieron 4 toallas, además los utensilios de cocina en muy mal estado y escasos
