First room had dirty sheets. Second room had dirty sheets and roaches! Left hotel.

The room was very clean. The atmosphere was quiet. I would stay there again. It’s not anything fancy, but it is clean and it is nice.

Room was not like the pictures, remote did not work except part of the buttons, channels were primarily sports channels

Trash was left in the room from previous stay, sheets look like they hadn't been washed in weeks, and there were cockroaches dead and alive in several different areas of the room.

So quiet! Have we here a couple times now. Room was perfect so I requested the same room each time with no problem. Front desk gentleman is very nice and always so polite. Room is very clean, very accommodating. WiFi is seamless and fast. Will only stay here when in Lex. Favorite part is it’s very quiet!!

Poop on the toilet seat and pee in the toilet water upon arrival... The urine seemed to have been sitting in the toilet quite some time, as it was cloudy and smelly :( The woman who checked me in at the front desk was super kind though...

Yep. The room was in good condition. Especially that deodorant or whatever that smell was. And the Nuts that stay here all the time. The cars there TOOTING the horks at ALL hours of the day AND night. It would seem like the OFFICE would have a set of jumper cables. But, NO. Im not positive they ever understood ONE word I was saying. I am positive that I never understood one word that they said. The ROADS in that town are ALL being "worked" on. Overall? Meh...

It’s a very old hotel and needed updating. It was dirty and gross.

This property is dirty room had roaches the channels didn’t work. There was a stabbing. They have drug addicts running around used needles on the ground pets not leashed nor picked up after Now the staff they all tried but one particular staffer Leslie was in cahoots with a drug addicted man and we were robbed of and our vehicle’s engine destroyed the owner Bobby is passive and did nothing and does nothing didn’t even off us a discount after we were stranded for 2 weeks now. But Thank you for Joeseph Joyce and the maids Anna Maria and the poor family being used at the property to do all the dirty work this was by far a nightmare

No microwave no refrigerator toilet handle flusher was broken and i saw one cockroach

Staff nice. Room was less than average. Just old and not well kept. At least the neighbors above us wasn't smooking weed in the morning, just the night before.

This is a mixed review, for several reasons: when first checking it staff was nice, and room appear to be clean and well put together, upon further review, there were a few bugs crawling up and down the shower stall wall and when a friend of ours that was visiting us at the time call the front desk to inform them that our heat wasn't working, that we were only getting cold air, the person was hateful to them and said that one of us had to come by the front desk to find out why the heat wasnt working. I am disabled now, how for me to just get up and go, and sis was still unpacking what we needed for the night stay, I usually dont give bad reviews on a hotel that I stay in, because for the most part I'm easy going and I can take alot but this was not good experience, but on the bright side of things sis did manage to meet two new friends.

The evening staff was absolutely terrible during a medical emergency would not even help me get my suitcases to the lobby so I can get you an Uber. I had to wait till the next morning to the day staff to come and bribe them with a tip don’t do it for yourself do it for your safety don’t do it.
