Le gars de la réception était trop impoli et hostile

This hotel is located in the right center area of Lausanne city. Every thing is near within 10 minutes walking. Easy to use the well organised Lausanne public transportations. Rooms are clean and the staffs are super friendly. You would have also a great city view on the top floor where you have breakfast. Definate recommendation for travellers looking for rooms with affordable price but much of satisfaction!

미리 예약하고 컨펌까지 떠있는데 와보니 예약되지 않았다. 다시 현지에서 지불하고 4일치 돈을 내야 했다. 이중으로 숙빅비 660스위스프랑을 지불하니 화가난다. 숙소와 내가 메일로 호텔스닷컴이 연락해도 무응답이다. 사기로 생각된다.

더운 날씨에도 에어컨이 없어서 창문을 열고 자는데 주변의 음주소음이 그대로 들어옴. 호텔 직원 친절하고 특히 5층 식당시설을 열어 놓아서 좋았음.

방은 작았지만 ㅠㅜㅠㅜ 조식먹는 공간이 테라스로 되어 있고, 저녁에 음식을 사와서 뷰를 보며 먹을 수 있어 좋았어요! 가족 여행보단 친구와의 여행이 더 어울릴 것 같아요-

번화가라 낮에는 생각보다 바깥소리가 많이 들리지만 저녁에는 괜찮음. 바로 옆에 큰 쿱이 있음. 친절한 직원. 에어컨은 없는데 복도에 선풍기 가져다 쓸 수 있는 듯.

4박동안 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 청소 상태도 좋았고.수건도 넉넉해서 불편함이 없었습니다. 커피포트가 없어서 아쉬웠지만. 조식도 훌륭했고.5층에서 보이는 전망이 멋졌습니다. 던반적인 서비스도 불편함이 없었고.지하철과 가까워서 이동이 편했으며.주변 상권이 좋아 쇼핑 하기에 편한 위치였습니다.

아침에 주변 공사때문에 시끄러운 것 빼면 좋았어요. 조식은 종류는 별로 없지만 커피 테이블로 갖다주시고 직원분들 친절하셨어요.

위치와 시설 모두 매우 훌륭. 특히 5층 테라스에서 바라보는 풍경과 늦은 밤까지 오붓한 모임을 할 수 있어 정말 좋았어요.

지하철(로잔_flon역)이 가깝고, 구시가지와도 가까운 위치. 무엇보다 5층의 식당테라스는 멋진 전망뿐 아니라 모임장소로 매우 훌륭했어요. 호텔 바로 옆 슈퍼에서 장을 보고, 알뜰하고 오붓한 파티를 하기에도 좋았어요. 로잔을 다시 간다면, 또 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

It was the worst hotel of my life.

breakfast and hotel location was good. However, I expected to be able to use WiFi in the room. Only limited area was possible. I requested to change the room available WiFi but was refused. I would not book it if I knew that WiFi was not connected in the room.

I stayed for 3 days and I wish I could stay longer, It was very much clean. Breakfast included is superb with the nice overview of the city. And staff there are all kind and good at English. Im willing to visit here again, (if you stay in hotels in Swiss, you will get a free public transportation card during your stay, which was very convenient.)

Additionally, the photos on Expedia are likely outdated, and the decor is not as modern or fresh as it appears in the pictures.
