Pool was very fun, but having a 3 yo I would recommend not staying in a pool side room if planning to go to bed before 10pm. It can be very loud with other swimmers until the pool closes

2nd time staying at this hotel while on a shopping trip to Lethbridge. Nice place, will stay again next time.

Clean and fun for the entire family

The stay was great. It would be helpful to have more trolleys on hand. Also the coffee pot was almost always empty. Other than those two things. Fantastic experience

We booked a suite at this hotel which served us well for visiting with family in town for a funeral. However the room was a little tired looking. There was some peeling wallpaper and the bathroom sink had a terrible smell. The furniture was worn and didn’t look very clean. With no breakfast included they could have done a much better job with having tea and coffee, water, and maybe some cookies or fruit available at all times in a convenient location. As it was, there was coffee and hot water stuck away in the kids playroom, only in the morning. We have stayed in other chain hotels that provided a much nicer stay. We won’t be back.

I looked the room very much. We had a king size bed and it was comfortable. No breakfast provided by the hotel which was very inconvenient. Would likely look for another hotel, next time.

Nice hotel...walkable to restaurants. Would stay there again!

Only one elevator so at busy times tgere was quite a wait.

Between expidia and this holiday inn I was denied a refund for a reservation

The rooms were a bit dated, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a good stay, I enjoyed the Hot tub but I will not be booking it again for our future trips. Find it little expensive with breakfast not included. They charged way too much for the first day without being transparent. So not going back to them.

Unfortunately the pool was very cold, I would even say non heated. Incredibly uncomfortable to even attempt to get into.
