Too bad, never experienced this kind of unfavorable service to customer. Not matched to his name of hotel famous chain. Frequent knocking dooe even though placing the sign of privacy, rude attitude of checkin count, rude and not organized service of restaurants so and on. Full and whole stayance, not worthy paying my money. I will try to go Sherton or holiday in, nearby or inside hotel located block, i have seen more comfortable and service minded hotel. As 30 years frequent traveler, please do not try this hotel.

The room was in great condition however the air was very very dry causing me and my partner to have a headache and bloody nose. There was no air or proper ventilation in the room. The staff on the other hand were amazing, courteous, respectful, friendly and helpful

The service and cleanliness exceeded our expectations

The hotel was fine. Had three American fifty-dollar bills in my room and went out. Came back later in the day, only had two. Did not put that money in the safe so I guess my bad. Otherwise, good area, in middle of a ton of things to do. Stayed 4 nights.
