Clean. Well situated in the city. Very nice and well maintained grounds. Pool and restaurants give off family vacation vibes.

Excellent very smart modern hotel in the centre of Ouarzazate with nicely kept grounds and a beautiful big swimming pool (not heated so a bit chilly in April). A nice choice of food with several restaurants. Good prompt room service for dining in room (handy when you arrive between meals). All the facilities you’d expect. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay.

An overall good experience. Checking in was easy and fast. The property is pretty with orange and lemon trees everywhere. A bit of a walk for us to our room so if you have health challenges you may want to request something close to the lobby before you check in. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was just ok, but breakfast was fantastic and had a lot of good options. We also liked our room and the staff was very friendly.

Very nice place , clean c beautiful hotel . The area also fantastic . We visited Ait Ben Haddou and will do the Atlas Studios

Mixed feeling about this property. It is a wonderful property but the has very impersonal touch. The gentleman who waited on us at the italian restaurant was wonderful. The bartender at bar was polite and courteous. But everyone seemed to be distracted.

The best stress free experience

Seriously overpriced! Paid way too much and no food included! $1050 for two nights CAD And buffet was overpriced and lacked in all aspects considering 550 MAD! Each person

My companion & l stated for 4 nights at the Berbere Palace hotel. We were looking for a relaxing break & the hotel delivered just that. The room was clean & pleasant. Featuring all 5* amenities expected. Slippers, bathrobes, luxury toiletries. There was a coffee machine but we did not use it. The hotel was used mainly by Moroccan tour takers, many American & Japanese people. A lovely mix of nationalities weee present. Breakfast was amazing, during the day the pool was just about empty of guests so we took advantage of this & sunbathed most of the day. Drinks were pretty expensive, but this is often the case in Morocco. Staff were very nice, helpful & polite. The lady on reception ran our boarding cards when it was time to leave & translated the airline website-Thank you. It was a truly relaxing break in a beautiful place. I so want to return. Thank you Berbere Palace. Sjx

L’établissement propose de très bonnes infrastructures : ✅ Salle de sport bien équipée ✅ Piscine agréable et propre ✅ Spa relaxant, parfait pour se détendre ✅ Nourriture savoureuse, avec des plats bien présentés ✅ Cadre calme et reposant, idéal pour déconnecter Un lieu confortable et bien entretenu, parfait pour un séjour détente. The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate
