Good conditions of room and swimming pool. It's a 5 star hotel. Very satisfidy of concierge service, too. They were really kind to explain what I asked.

고급스러움과 편안함이 함께하는 호텔! 1층 로비는 외부손님과 미팅할 수 있는 공간이 마련되어 있고 아침식사 역시 초대해서 함께 나누기에 충분한 퀄러티를 가지고 있어요. 방은 넓고 침대는 안락하고 외부소음도 거의 들리지 않아서 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호텔 주변을 둘러볼 시간이 없어 뭐가 있는지 잘 모르지만 인근 골목은 청담동 분위기의 고급스러운 샵들이 있더군요. 만족할만한 호텔입니다.

호텔 및 시설은 정말 좋았어요. 약간의 청결 문제가 있기는 했지만, 그 정도는 수용가능한 범위니까~ 다만, 아쉬운 것은 주변에 편의 시설이 너무 없어서, 뭐든 하나 사려면 많이 나가야 하는 점은 좀 불편해요. 그래도, 대신 주변에 카지노 등의 유흥시설은 없어서 조용하고 좋아요~

Exceptional hotel and service. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is elegant, very well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent bed quality. The breakfast and overall dining experience were also outstanding. The location in San Isidro is excellent — a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood with tree-lined, clean, and safe streets. It offers easy access to Miraflores and Barranco (more lively areas with great dining options) as well as to Lima’s main attractions. A truly excellent stay, and we would gladly return.

I also loved the gym and massage services. Being able to book the golf simulator for an extra fee is a nice touch. Plus, the location in San Isidro is a huge variable now; it's known as one of the safest districts in Lima!
