Only stayed one night and it was a nice stay. St. Charles is a pretty town on the Fox River and there is plenty to do.

I didn't stay because it was dirty the blanket very nasty so I left. I want my money back.

I was hesitant to book here based on the moderately positive reviews. The lobby was nice and the breakfast met my needs. The layout of the hotel was just very confusing and an elevator would have been nice. Around the staircases were pieces of random equipment covered by sheets. I would not stay here again and unless I needed an affordable and easy place to stay. To the hotel’s credit the description online was accurate and honest. And the hotel was located near where I was I going and close to downtown.

Great value hotel. Clean, quiet, with friendly staff. Restaurants nearby, including Colonial Cafe across the (busy) road. Short drive to downtown St Charles. Easy parking. Good breakfast.

It’s not the fanciest or most up to date but the staff are always pleasant and accommodating and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We always stay here when we’re in town and have never been disappointed!

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times when we come to the Arcada for a show. The parking is great and the complimentary breakfast is nice.

I didn’t have high expectations for my stay, but even those were not met. Checking in was fine. The room was in need of updating, but no big deal… TV didn’t work. No one to fix it since it was the weekend. Didn’t change rooms because of the hassle. The breakfast was a bad joke. Supposedly it started at 6am. At 615am I got thereto see the guy still setting up. Waffles (took 15 minutes to warm up. Plain white toast (no bagels, no danishes) and cereal.

It was a clean room Bed was firm enough. The only issue we had was turning on lights on one end of room No big deal Mgmt said they will look into it. I would stay here again
