전반적인 청결함은 좋았으나 욕실이 좀 지저분했어요. 그외에 침구나 다른부분은 칭찬할만합니다

Our room was fine. My biggest complaint was the bed was not very comfortable and neither were the pillows that being said overall I would go there again.

room dated BUT mostly rooms needed a prooer dusting & vacuuming!

Staff were friendly and accommodating despite being busy with a wedding, a youth sports team, and regular guests.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They listened and helped in any way regarding issues. Being that it was a busy weekend, they were short of towels which was a major isaue that I had. I had to wait until later that day to get towels. Ither than that, it was fine.

Not enough towels and bathroom tissue. Didn’t like that I had to be asking for towels. A room for 4 and we only got 2 towels! Had 2 rooms and had to ask for other room too and only got 2 for each room. Never staying there again.

I checked in on Thursday and left on Sunday. No one came to clean my room. I went to the front desk and requested them to clean it. It wasn't done. No new towels or wash cloths were given and when I got new ones from the housekeeper. The towels stunk so I still ended up keeping the old towels I had to use instead. The carpet was dirty and not clean. The vent in the bathroom didn't work. I told them that to and it wasn't looked at let alone fixed.

It was great on all accounts except one, the pillows were the worst. Very lumpy without a support. Also the room we chose showed a sofa/loveseat. We chose this room for the additional seating because I often have to get up from bed & set to sleep due to a bad back. There was no additional seating. I had to set at the desk chair to try to get some sleep. OI don’t know if the misleading pictures were Expedias problem or the hotels fault, but it made for an uncomfortable stay for me.

Very friendly service, convenient location for the area. Only real complaint was we had to ask multiple times for towels, and in a room with four people that were paid for I was surprised to find only two towels to start. The staff were kind, and the breakfast was enough to start the day.

Clean, nice size room for 2. The continental BREAKFAST was the BEST my husband & have ever had in all our 47 years of travel. Will stay here again.

We chose this hotel as a one-night stop, so we did not have high expectations... but even with low expectations the hotel was just OK. Room next to us had club music playing allll night long. Shower curtain was badly stained and ceiling was moldy. Pillows were flat. Breakfast was basic and pretty crappy. Won't stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. It was super clean and close to shopping mall.

Would definitely stay there again...
