I enjoyed are stay

The breakfast selection was a wide selection of both English and American. Staff were polite and welcoming. Diana Medina was particularly very helpful. ROOMS HAS NO WARDROBES OR SAFE

Drain in bathroom sink broken. TV in bedroom did not work. Nice room. Nice bed. Just aggravating when you come in late and these two things you are facing right off the bat. The morning breakfast woman cleaning tables was very friendly and exceptional.

To cold in the room.rooms needs to be brighter. While check in please be specific on where the contemporary drinks are for. The restaurant need to be more welcoming. Two people walk by us and said nothing. Didn’t say anything to us then finally 20 mins later we got service. I won’t go back to restaurant.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff!!! The restaurant there is absolutely amazing as well!!! Will definitely recommend!!

I love staying at Embassy Suites. They never disappoint

Got there after dark and did not see sign til am that there is a fee for parking! Got a goofy ticket and paid it 27.00 this is not downtown! Motel was fantastic! Stunning! Great Room! Great Staff! Great Breakfast atrium is beautiful. Would Stay Again!

Clean and great staff

Did not have my correct reservation. Had me staying for one night even though I booked for two nights. Room had one king bed instead of two queens. Few bugs were found

The hotel while dated is well kept and the staff are very attentive. The parking situation, requiring guests to pay with a third party app is both inconvenient and clunky, not to mention that the parking lot is sprawling and portly lit.

First they checked us in wrong room, then moved us where the air conditioner was not working, and double charged my card for the deposit. I have stayed at a few Embassy Suites including this one. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The only reason I did not score lower is because of the amazing breakfast.

This hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was well laid out and fresh. You do have to pay for parking, but there were enough spots in their large lot. A good choice!

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was very nice and modern. The breakfast was good, especially the fresh omelettes. The bar and restaurant food was very good as well. Would definitely stay here again.

So every thing was okay except for the fact I paid for a balcony room and I got downgraded to a wellness room but stool got charged for the balcony room
