When I booked through this platform, it mentioned that we have 2 adults and 2 children with free breakfasts. However when checked in, I was not given the breakfast vouchers for the children. The front desk pacified me by giving me 5 pieces of 1000 yen discount vouchers. Still not enough to cover 3 sets of breakfasts for my 2 kids. * each breakfast for kid is 1750yen * puzzled.

The hotel is old hotel and the room that I stayed not that clean as I still can find a hair in the carpet so I do a little disappointed with the cleanliness. However, the staffs are nice and able to communicate in English decently but the free shuttle bus not like other hotels as they don't have a room for luggage so it will be difficult for a person with stroller and luggage and the bus is not only for okura guest as it also picks up a guests for nikko hotel so expect to be a lil bit packed inside the bus.

Room was big, bathroom had marble furnishing which adds a nice touch. Location was really good, from Disneysea to room was about half hour. As it is a Disney official hotel, I could pre check in right beside Maihama station and go to Disneysea immediately which saved lots of time. Breakfast was nice. Shuttle bus to Bayside station was convenient. There’s also a Disney merchandise shop right at the hotel so the experience doesn’t end till check out.

Good hotel compare to other Japanese hotel

Great hotel for family, very big room and bathroom with 3 beds. Easy access to everywhere with Disney monorail just across the street, there's also courtesy bus running regularly from the monorail to the hotel. Definitely stay here again if I wanna go to Disney!

Great experience for kids. Great hospitality of the staff and close distance to the resort location. We’ll certainly be back again

Really really amazing ataying at this hotel. Love it so much. The price is reasonable and lota of great amenities to try. So close to bayside station and have Direct bus to JR maihama and city check in also.

오쿠라에 묵는 동안 정말 만족스러웠어요. 직원들도 친절하고 베이사이드 역과도 정말 가까워요. 방도 너무 깨끗하고 귀여운 편의시설도 많았어요. 침대도 너무 크고요. 호텔이 너무 마음에 들어요.

The location is very near with parks and the staff are so helpfully friendly

The bathroom is spacious and the bathtub can be fully filled with water in less than a minute. The hotel provides free shuttle to bayside station (disney resort line) and maihama station (access to Tokyo).

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very near to Disney Station.

The room had enough space to be filled by 4 people. The food served came in a wide variety and tasted pretty good.

Hotel room is so good, clean and very comfort, near to station but the staff servise is so bad!
